Caught on CCTV: Leashed husky attacks Gurugram woman on walk, drags, bites her
In a shocking incident caught on CCTV, a woman out for a routine morning walk in a residential society on Golf Course Road, Gurugram, was viciously attacked by a pet dog. The attack occurred around 7 am on Sunday, leaving the woman seriously injured and in a state of woman, dressed in a red T-shirt, was walking along the society's footpath when a Husky breed dog—being held on a leash by its owner—suddenly lunged at her. The dog caught her hand in its jaws, dragging her to the ground. The dog attacked the minor boy, biting his chin and hands, and leaving him with serious injuries. A video of the incident went viral on social media, sparking widespread outrage and condemnation. Based on a detailed statement by the boy's father, who is the complainant, the police registered an offence under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) at Mankhurd Police Station. "Due to a lack of control and supervision, the dog bit the child on the chin, causing injury.
