'Will uphold this honour': Kamal Haasan ahead of oath-taking as RS MP

After a day of disruptions over the Special Electoral Roll (SIR) revision exercise in poll-bound Bihar that saw proceedings of both Houses interrupted, the Parliament is set to convene again today, with Kamal Haasan slated to take oath as a Rajya Sabha member.
