Lorraine Kelly left traumatised by return of Spitting Image
The satirical puppet show Spitting Image, which originally aired from the 1980s until 1996, is making a comeback on YouTube under the new title Spitting Image Presents: The Rest is Bulls**t.

Clearly taken aback by the portrayal—particularly of Paddington—Lorraine voiced her dismay, exclaiming: "Can I just say, never mind Prince Harry, thanks very much—how dare they do that to Paddington Bear?!
"What are they doing?! He looks deranged. No, you can't do that to Paddington Bear. I draw the line—I draw the line."
She concluded with a plea: "Don't show me that any more—that's traumatised me."
The controversial teaser from the reimagined Spitting Image features the famous bear and Prince Harry in a podcast studio, where the prince discusses his morning routine.

The Prince Harry puppet says: "Well, Pads, an early start's important, so my butler Perkins gets up at 5am and does a 10k for me, then it's a session with my accountability coach.
"I think it's important to be honest and transparent.
"I haven't told Megs about it yet."
When Paddington asks if he has a Netflix account, the puppet prince replies: "Ya, it's got $9 million in it."
As she watched the representation of the royal, Lorraine commented with surprise: "Oh, that's a bit unkind!"

A blurb for the new series states that it is aimed at those: "Wanting to laugh in the face of these anxiety-inducing, squeaky bum times of global conflict, unhinged world leaders and megalomaniac FinTech bosses.
"The (latex) gloves are off and it's not pulling any punches. This isn't just satire. It's a no-holds-barred, up-to-the-minute assault on the world of politics, pop culture, and media control."
