The project spans across a 3.08-acre land parcel and has an estimated development value of approximately ₹1,250 crore.
The company recently launched Mahindra 'Codename64', a residential development in Malad (West). The project will offer 2BHK and 3BHK residences.
The board of directors of the company had recently approved the appointment of Anshu Shukla as chief design officer categorised as senior management personnel with effect from June 25, 2025.
