Indiana State Fair 2025 Unaccompanied Minor Policy: When does it go into effect?
Anyone younger than age 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or chaperone in the evening hours at the 2025 Indiana State Fair. Here's what to know about the Unaccompanied Minor Policy at the Indiana State Fair. The Indiana State Fairgrounds Unaccompanied Minor Policy is as follows: Guests younger than 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or chaperone (age 21+) to enter the fair during evening hours. Each adult may chaperone up to six individuals. The Unaccompanied Minor Policy does not apply to organized and ticketed group outings or those participating in competitions where existing chaperone procedures are in place. The Unaccompanied Minor Policy goes into effect every day of the fair after 6 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday and after 4 p.m. Friday-Sunday. Any person entering may be asked to show a valid driver's license, state identification card, or other government issued ID, so make sure to have that with you. A chaperone must be age 21 or older, according to the Indiana State Fair minor policy. Each adult (21 or older) may chaperone up to six individuals.
