Tammy Hembrow has had her past pulled back into the spotlight as images of her being carried out of Kylie Jenner's 21st birthday after a collapse resurfaced. The fitness influencer, 31, made headlines in 2018 when she was photographed lying face-down in a stretcher outside of the trendy nightspot Delilah in West Hollywood. Now, the shock moment has gone viral once more after Outspoken the Podcast released episodes detailing the online star's rise to fame. 'I remember when this story broke at the time, there was a lot of speculation as to who this guest was at the party,' co-host Sophie Taeuber said of the incident. 'Tammy was lying face-down on the stretcher, so it led to a big guessing game. I think this made the story even bigger when it was then revealed it was Tammy.' The influencer, who had struck up a friendship with the Kardashians at the time, has long since addressed the infamous moment. Tammy told Stellar Magazine last year how the experience, which saw her loaded into the back of an ambulance outside the club, marked rock bottom for her. 'I kept telling myself there is only up from here,' she explained to the publication, adding she had only had 'one or two' drinks when it happened. 'It was a very dark time and I had to shut out the trolls and the hate I was getting.' Tammy documented the experience in her book Show Up, and said she wanted to be honest with her fans. 'People look at my social media and they think, oh, she's trying to be perfect, but I'm the least perfect person ever. I wanted to show that I'm a real person,' Tammy said. At the time, the fitness guru cried on camera while addressing the alarming photographs showing her being carried out of the bash face-down on a stretcher. Reflecting on the incident, which happened two months after she announced her split from Reece Hawkins, Tammy blamed her lack of sleep for her horrifying collapse. 'Firstly, I want everyone to know that I'm okay... So yeah, I pretty much collapsed. Honestly, I'm already like super, super embarrassed about it,' Tammy explained. 'I probably, definitely shouldn't have been drinking because of how jet-lagged and exhausted I was, and I already wasn't feeling well. 'So basically what happened was I was in LA I was running off pretty much 30 hours of no sleep. 'I was struggling to stay awake even when I had my hair and makeup done... I could barely keep my eyes open.' Tammy had joined a whole galaxy of stars invited to Kylie's exclusive 21st birthday bash at the hottest nightclub in West Hollywood at the time. However, the Kardashian family ' unfollowed' Tammy on Instagram after the incident. It comes as Tammy has revealed her heart is still 'aching' following her split from husband Matt, 30, as she mended her wounds in New Zealand. Tammy fled Australia with her three children—Wolf, nine, Saskia, seven, and Posy, three—after news broke of their separation. She spent much of the last week documenting her stay in New Zealand following her split from the former Love Island star. Matt and Tammy are headed for divorce after just seven months of marriage, with the influencer jetting off to the South Island to recuperate in the wake of their split. Tammy announced her shock split from Matt last month in an emotional video. The former reality star also revealed the couple's separation in a sombre Instagram Story, telling fans the decision was not taken lightly. 'It's with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate,' Matt began. 'Both of us have struggled with making this decision; however, we need to do what is right for ourselves and her three children. 'This wasn't a decision we took lightly. Our time together will always be cherished and never forgotten,' he added, before thanking fans for their support.

Erika Heynatz has launched a scathing critique of reality TV and the beauty industry, admitting she no longer watches the genre that once helped shape her public profile. The former Australia's Next Top Model host, 49, opened up in a candid interview with Stellar magazine, revealing she has turned her back on reality TV since her early stint fronting the series nearly two decades ago. 'I hosted reality television and then I was a participant in it, but I've never watched it again,' she told the publication. 'I don't have much of a stomach for the redemption stories - it's not for me.' Heynatz, who began modelling while studying graphic design at university, said she now feels disconnected from the world of glossy makeovers and dramatic on-screen arcs. 'There are so many more interesting, creative, charismatic, inspiring people we could be watching on our screens,' she added. Heynatz hosted the first season of Australia's Next Top Model in 2005. She returned to host the second season in 2006 before being replaced by Jodhi Meares from season three onwards. These days, Heynatz has channelled her energy into Stupormodel - her bold new stage production drawing from her own life in the fashion industry. The self-written show sold out its initial two performances and has since added a third due to demand. 'The show is through the lens of my life as a model, but these are universal themes that really strike a chord,' she explained. At the heart of the production is a reckoning with the beauty myths Heynatz admits she helped perpetuate during her modelling and television career. 'Hopefully it brings awareness, because for a lot of women there's this feeling of being complicit in their own oppression when it comes to standards of beauty. Like me,' she said. 'I've been selling that dream, but at the same time, I've also bought snake oil' Erika continued. 'I'm the person who's been transmitting those images and transmitting those standards, but I also cannot escape them.' Heynatz, who also appeared on It Takes Two and competed on Dancing with the Stars. She has since reinvented herself over the years with a string of acting roles in Home and Away, Legally Blonde: The Musical, and other stage productions. Erika previously admitted that there's 'no secret' to juggling her career in the entertainment industry being a mother. Speaking to Daily Mail Australia Erika said: 'It takes a village, it always does. 'We're really lucky we've got family close by and also we take turns, when we want to go out do things, we just swap it over. Fair's fair.' The beauty shares son Charlie with husband Andrew Kingston. Andrew and Erika married in 2007, and in March celebrated an incredible 18 years together.

Podcaster Laura Henshaw reveals shock moment she discovered she was pregnant after struggling with indecision about whether or not she wanted kids
Laura Henshaw has opened up about the moment she found out she was pregnant. The Kic CEO, who has been transparent online about her past indecision regarding having kids, revealed that it was a 'complete shock' to discover she was expecting. The podcast host, 32, told this week's Stellar Magazine, that she was so caught out of the blue that she had a laparoscopy booked in May in order to check for endometriosis. 'I was going to do the London Marathon, have the laparoscopy, and after that start thinking about kids,' she told the publication. And then Laura revealed she missed her period. Laura went on to say that she'd watched many Instagram video of her friends announcing they were pregnant, which showed them crying, laughing and emotions. But her reaction wasn't like that. Laura confessed it wasn't because she wasn't grateful or excited but she was just in 'complete shock'. Last year, Laura admitted she wasn't sure she wanted children. 'I thought when I hit 31 I would feel ready, but over the past few years, the older I have gotten — the less ready I feel,' she told Mamamia at the time. Laura added that time played a major role in making the decision and the moment she turned 30 she felt it was quickly 'running out'. She also opened up about struggling with whether or not she wanted to have children in her podcast series Do I Want Kids? in 2024 and admitted her indecision was difficult. 'I felt ashamed about it,' she told ELLE magazine. 'We live in this prenatal society, which basically means that in the society we live in, there is the assumption that we will have children. 'I blinked and all my friends went from talking about contraception to being pregnant or having kids. And I started to feel like, what is wrong with me?' On Thursday, Laura revealed that she was pregnant and shared a sweet Instagram post which showed her getting an ultrasound. Laura beamed for the camera in the black and white clip, while an image on screen showed her growing baby. The podcaster captioned her video, which was inundated with congratulations from friends and fans, with a simple love heart emoji.

'It was really hurtful because after that, the right-wing comments came in saying, "Nothing better than a cat fight. Two feminists fighting. You can't even agree with each other." It's very demeaning' Abbie tells Stellar Magazine. 'And that isn't Clementine's fault, but it's something that she should have considered, and that I've considered when I haven't called her out for things that I'd say are deeply damaging.' The 29-year-old added that she's most troubled by comments - from Clementine and other detractors alike - that attack her perceived character and not her politics. The pair have been exchanging barbs since Ford accused Chatfield of profiting from the 'performance of being politically engaged'. In the recent salvo, Ford took to her Instagram story to make a pointed reference to the stoush. She shared a screenshot of a text conversation between two unnamed people. The first writes: 'I heard you were taking s*** about me.' The second replies with a defiant: 'Do you wanna hear it again or did you get everything?' Above the exchange, Ford wrote: 'This is the energy I want to be coming into next year with'. Chatfield had made a tearful appeal to Ford to rein back her criticism, saying it was unfair and was a painful addition to the abuse she receives from those who criticise her left-wing politics. Speaking on her It's A Lot podcast, Chatfield admitted she had struggled as she reflected on the feud. 'Been a bit of a rough weekend. Go to my TikTok if you want to know what's going on. I don't want to rehash it, but all I want to say is it's incredibly counterproductive to criticise someone for doing the thing you want them to do,' Abbie began. 'It makes no sense and it gives a certain energy that I think we all know.' She then invited questions from her followers, and used that for another shot at Ford. 'We are doing an "ask me anything" as I didn't prep, because contrary to what Clementine Ford says, I do prep for my own podcasts but I didn't have time to do that,' Abbie said. The feud came about when Ford wrote on her Dear Clementine blog on Substack that some influencers like Chatfield profit from the 'performance of being politically engaged' while criticising anyone who disagrees with them. Chatfield responded with a video post on Instagram in which she called out Ford. 'She's literally writing a burn book about me and doing insults like "She thinks she's so hot"' Chatfield said. 'What a weirdo - oh my God.' Abbie finished off the clip with a plea to the writer. 'Clementine, take a step back from the internet. Take a step back from Reddit please.' Chatfield later returned to the platform in tears as the social media feud took a dark turn. She accused Ford of 'trolling' her, and said it was affecting her mental health and made her feel unsafe. 'I get it enough from people on the right and trolls and men that hate me and want to threaten me and want me dead. Please stop dehumanising me,' she wept. 'Please, you can criticise my content, you can criticise my work, just - I'm begging you - stop lying about my intentions. 'Stop saying that I have a personality disorder. You don't know me. This is so f****ing triggering I just want her to stop. 'It isn't working, you're discouraging others... Please, I'm just trying to do what I can to help. 'I just don't understand why she's so adamant on proving that I'm awful. I don't get it. This is so incredibly stressful and awful what she is doing.' Chatfield said she was now aware of 'someone spreading malicious lies about me again and again … because she claims to know my intentions on f***ing everything'. 'Please stop, Clementine. I am begging you to stop,' she sobbed. 'You don't know me at all, you're a stranger. I deal with so much, every single day. I deal with insults every single day, I do not need it from you because you know that when you say it you validate it for people on the left. 'You are f**ing my mental health. Please f***ing stop.' She then posted screenshots of comments made by the writer, calling Chatfield an 'idiotic narcissist', 'completely shallow' and a 'deeply basic thinker'. 'See how this isn't criticism? It's just insults,' she captioned the screenshots.
