The RNLI is encouraging people to "answer the Mayday call" and take part in a two-day fundraising event in York city centre. The charity is inviting people to join them on Friday, May 16, and Saturday, May 17 for the fundraiser, proceeds from which will go towards training, equipment, and support for RNLI crews.
