Taco Bell invites fans to construct custom dishes — and plucking the tastiest creations for their menu

Taco Bell customers are putting on their chef hats. The fast-food company launched a new nationwide in-app experience called Fan Style that allows fans to create, name and share their custom orders for anyone else to order. When other patrons order the custom creation, the original creator receives reward points equal to the value of the customized item. The more it gets ordered by app users, the more rewards the creator gets. 'It's more than just customization; it's a way for fans to show off their go-to creations and get the spotlight they've always said their orders deserve,' the release explained. Taco Bell noted that 'well over half of all Taco Bell app checkouts include a customized menu item,' and this is a fan-first way to crowdsource a 'menu-worthy' item. TNA Slammiversary sees WWE icon, 48, return to calls for 'one more match'

A WWE legend made an emotional return at TNA Slammiversary over a decade after his last appearance. After rumours and teases turned into an announcement from TNA Wrestling, AJ Styles returned to the promotion where he made his name and helped inspire a generation. Partway through Sunday night's show – which made history with a record breaking North American crowd for the company with 7,623 in attendance – the Phenomenal One came out after the match between Leon Slater and Moose. Slater, 21, made history of his own by becoming the youngest ever X-Division Champion, but there was another special moment on the way. Styles, who was the inaugural X-Division Champion over two decades ago, came out to his iconic Time To Fly theme music from his TNA days. He asked the crowd if they missed him, before praising the way TNA has continued to thrive, and paying tribute to Slater for continuing the rich history of the title and the company. Styles corrected fans chanting 'you deserve it' as Slater, insisting the Bradford-born wrestler 'earned it' instead. The crowd also chanted 'one more match', calling for the former world champion to step into a TNA ring before he retires. He promised to 'get to that match', although he didn't address the calls on the night. During the broadcast, commentator Tom Hannifan announced TNA had made history with its highest ever attendance in North America over its 23-year history. 'This company has worked tirelessly since last December when it was announced that Slammiversary would be held at the UBS Arena,' said TNA Wrestling President Carlos Silva in a press release. 'To see a record-setting crowd at the UBS Arena was a milestone moment for TNA Wrestling that no one will ever forget.' In the main event, TNA Wrestling World Champion Trick Williams was able to fool his opponents Mike Santana and Joe Hendry to steal a win and keep hold of the gold. More Trending Earlier in the night, it was NXT Women's Champion Jacy Jayne's turn to make history by becoming the first WWE-contracted star to capture the Knockouts Title. She dethroned Masha Slamovich in a Winner Takes All match, with TNA's Director of Authority Santino Marella revealing he'll be at NXT tomorrow night to address the situation. Who is AJ Styles? All About WWE Star and His Return to TNA at Slammiversary 2025 Being Big Deal

AJ Styles made a surprise return to TNA Wrestling at Slammiversary 2025, marking his first appearance with the company in over a decade. The moment took place at UBS Arena in Elmont, New York, where nearly 7,000 fans erupted as his old theme song, Get Ready to Fly, played through the arena. Styles appeared shortly after 20-year-old Leon Slater defeated Moose to win the X-Division Championship. Slater became the youngest X-Division Champion in TNA history. Styles congratulated him, saying, 'TNA, did you miss me?' as fans responded with loud cheers and chants of 'Welcome home!' AJ Styles praises Leon Slater and reflects on his past In the ring, AJ Styles praised Slater and the current state of the X-Division. He said, 'The division has a bright future with him.' Fans then chanted for 'one more match,' hoping for a return to action from the 48-year-old wrestler. Styles did not confirm any future matches, saying only, 'We'll get to that.' His return follows the multi-year partnership between WWE and TNA announced in January. This agreement has led to talent exchanges between WWE's NXT and TNA. Notably, Joe Hendry, a former TNA World Champion, appeared at both the WWE Royal Rumble and WrestleMania this year. Who is AJ Styles and why is his return celebrated? AJ Styles is one of the most respected professional wrestlers in the industry. He wrestled for TNA from 2002 to 2014, where he became the first X-Division Champion and later the company's first Triple Crown and Grand Slam Champion. He held the TNA World Heavyweight Title five times and was known for his high-flying, athletic style. His match against Samoa Joe and Christopher Daniels at Unbreakable 2005 is still regarded as one of the greatest matches in professional wrestling history. Styles helped shape TNA's identity during its most important years and played a key role in the popularity of the X-Division. Before appearing at Slammiversary, Styles posted a message to fans titled 'Two Eras. One Legacy. AJ Returns.' In it, he reflected on his journey and growth as a wrestler. "If I had the ability to go back in time, I'd tell myself, 'You have no idea how far this ride's about to take you,'" Styles wrote. He added, "All the ups, the downs, the doubts, they're gonna shape you into one of the best in the world." "Don't lose that chip on your shoulder, but learn when to let go of your pride," he continued. "Stay humble, stay hungry, and trust God's timing, it's perfect, even when it doesn't feel like it. You're not just phenomenal. You're built for this." Is AJ Styles returning to TNA full-time? It is not confirmed whether Styles will continue appearing in TNA Wrestling. He is still an active WWE superstar and has not officially announced a return run. His Slammiversary appearance could be a one-time event or part of future cross-brand moments. Fans remain hopeful that AJ Styles will wrestle at least one more match in TNA. His influence on the company and the wrestling world is significant, and his presence at Slammiversary 2025 reminded fans why he is considered one of the greatest of all time.

WWE's AJ Styles Makes TNA Return At Slammiversary For First Time In 11 Years

Last Updated: AJ Styles will return to TNA Wrestling at Slammiversary on July 20th at UBS Arena in New York for the first time since his departure in 2014. AJ Styles will be back on TNA! 'The Phenomenal One" will make an appearance at TNA Wrestling's Slammiversary event on Sunday, July 20th, at UBS Arena in Elmont, New York. TNA Wrestling President Carlos Silva announced via Twitter that Slammiversary will be 'PHENOMENAL', sparking speculation that one of TNA's all-time greats would return to the company he was part of for over a decade. After dropping another PHENOMENAL hint during the broadcast of the company's flagship TV show, iMPACT!, on AXS TV, Silva put an end to the speculation: AJ Styles will be present at Slammiversary on Sunday, a show many wrestling insiders predict will be the biggest in TNA's history. Silva further fueled excitement by sharing on social media, 'We're moving the stage back to accommodate more fans." We're moving the stage back to accommodate more fans. This event will be TNA's greatest achievement and trust me it's going to be PHENOMENAL. #Slammiversary #TNA @ThisIsTNA — Carlos Silva (@carlossilva) July 15, 2025 The fog of mystery was lifted when TNA confirmed the rumours with a social media post. Silva has not disclosed what role Styles will play at Slammiversary, which is the showcase event of the year featuring two high-profile championship matches involving TNA and NXT stars, along with many other eagerly anticipated matches. Why AJ Styles Coming Back To TNA Is Historic? Styles has not been involved with TNA since his departure in 2014. At 48, Styles remains a celebrated figure in TNA's history, having wrestled under its banner from 2002 to 2014. He is widely regarded as one of the company's greatest, thanks to his numerous achievements, including five world title victories. Styles is a 'Grand Slam" champion in TNA, having held every title in the promotion at least once. Many of his matches with Christopher Daniels, Samoa Joe, Kurt Angle, Abyss, and Jeff Jarrett are among the most revered in TNA history. His 2005 triple-threat match with Daniels and Joe was the first of only two Wrestling Observer five-star matches ever awarded to TNA. view comments First Published: July 18, 2025, 22:09 IST Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's.
