UAE's Next MasterMind Awards 2025 unites icons of influence, innovation, and global leadership in Dubai
In a spectacular celebration of innovation, leadership, and global impact, the UAE's Next MasterMind Awards 2025 convened an exceptional gathering of global changemakers at the prestigious Al Habtoor Palace, Dubai, on June 21. The highly anticipated evening honoured extraordinary achievements across diverse sectors, while reaffirming the UAE's unwavering commitment to fostering excellence and recognising global leadership.
This exclusive edition of the awards was dedicated to business and corporate leaders, authors, and coaching leaders — a thoughtfully curated selection of individuals driving the next wave of influence across industries. Established over 13 years ago, the MasterMind Awards, founded by Dr Mansoor Al Obeidli and co-founded by Dr Navana Kundu, has consistently served as a premier platform for celebrating visionary leaders who are spearheading global transformation.
The evening was distinguished by the presence of two of the UAE's most respected figures as chief guests: Sheikh Mohamed Bin Kayed Al Qassimi, chairman of the Department of Economic Development, accompanied by Dr Mohammed Al Naeemat, and Sheikh Dr Salem BalRakkad Alameri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Cancer Society.
Among the evening's notable honorees was Hind Sulaiman Alfahim of Sulaiman AlFahim Holding, who was recognised as the 'Emerging Emirati Leader in Global Sustainability'. She was joined by her father, the renowned entrepreneur Sulaiman Alfahim, whose enduring legacy in UAE real estate and philanthropy continues to inspire future generations.

Building on the momentum of this landmark event, the organisers have announced two upcoming editions: UAE's Next MasterMind Awards – World Beauty, Fashion, and Lifestyle, to be held on 20 September 2025, and UAE's Next MasterMind Awards – Healthcare, Aesthetics, Wellness, and Digital Transformation, scheduled for 22 November 2025.
