DAWN O'Porter and husband Chris O'Dowd sold their stunning London pad for £2.1m after relocating back to England. Full of character and quirky furnishings, the grade two listed Georgian terrace home was always going to be snapped up. The four-storey home had a play room, a garden room and three reception rooms and has the potential to extend. Speaking about coming back to London, Dawn admitted she struggled to find her place in the bright lights of Hollywood, but didn't find the transition quite as smooth sailing as had hoped. 'And we came back to London for a bit and I'd go for these meetings at TV production companies and I'd been successful. "I had my own series on Channel 4... and they'd be like, 'What do you want to do?' and I was like, 'I want to do what I do'. But no one wanted to employ me.' This isn't the first time Dawn has opened up about her financial woes as she previously alluded to living quite a humble lifestyle.
