Global stars are set to light up the north-east city in a two-day celebration of music, culture, and immersive experiences. The Cherry Blossom Festival is set to return to Shillong on November 14-15, with an international line-up headlined by Jason Derulo and The Script. The announcement was made by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Meghalaya during a World Music Day event at the Lariti Auditorium. The main concerts will take place at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, with MFA Ground and SRGT Ground extending the experience into a full-fledged city festival zone. Jason Derulo, global pop-R&B superstar from Miami, the US, will bring his chart-topping hits (Swalla, Talk Dirty, Savage Love) to Shillong, performing with his 15-member dance crew. The Script, one of Ireland's most acclaimed rock bands, will join Derulo as equal co-headliner. With over 20 million albums sold worldwide, the band has a global fan base because of iconic tracks like Hall of Fame, Breakeven and The Man Who Can't Be Moved. US superstar singer announces Glasgow Hydro gig
Jason Derulo, known for number one hits such as Talk Dirty [feat. 2 Chainz], Wiggle, Swalla and Savage Love, has announced a show at the OVO Hydro. The superstar will take to the stage on Thursday, January 29, 2026, as part of his world tour The Last Dance.
