Kill Star Raghav Juyal Bags A Role In Nani's Telugu Action Thriller The Paradise
New Delhi: Raghav Juyal, who had impressed the audience last year with his violent performance in Kill, has bagged yet another role. This time, it is Nani's upcoming Telugu action thriller titled The Paradise, which will be directed by Srikanth Odela. The makers made the announcement yesterday on Raghav Juyal's birthday. What's Happening Raghav Juyal adds another feather to his cap as he has been roped in to play a role in Nani's The Paradise. The makers took to X yesterday to announce the news. They shared how Raghav Juyal and the director were building a character design for the latter's role in the film. The post read, "Happy Birthday @TheRaghav_Juyal. Welcome to # TheParadise. Speaking to Variety, Srikanth Odela said, "We initially imagined a lean guy with a thick moustache for this ruthless role. But after watching Kill and witnessing Raghav's menacing performance, we were convinced he was the perfect fit. He brought a raw intensity that completely won us over. As per Variety's report, it is "an examination of societal prejudice set against the backdrop of 1980s Secunderabad." No further updates on the cast members have been revealed. In A Nutshell After receiving critical acclaim for his performance in Kill last year, Raghav Juyal is now part of Nani's The Paradise. His other recent project includes the web series Gyaarah Gyaarah. He is reportedly starting his shoot for Shah Rukh Khan's King in September 2025.

Mumbai: Actor and dancer Raghav Juyal is celebrating his 34th birthday on Thursday and he decided to spend his special day doing what he loves the most — working. The 'Kill' actor was in a dubbing studio, working on one of his upcoming projects on his birthday. Shedding light on why he decided to have a working birthday, Raghav shared, "I feel grateful to be working on my birthday. For me, being busy doing what I love is the best kind of celebration. Every year I grow a little more as an artist, and it feels good to be on that journey even today. I'm happiest when I'm creating, learning, and pushing myself — and that's the energy I want to carry forward." In the meantime, Juyal was welcomed on board Srikanth Odela's action thriller, "The Paradise" on his birthday. The makers of the forthcoming drama, SLV Cinemas took to their X (Formarly known as Twitter) timeline and, wrote, "Team #TheParadise wishes the talented @TheRaghav_Juyal a very Happy Birthday. An @anirudhofficial musical." It is not clear yet which role Juyal will be playing in the drama, however, if the sources are to be believed, he has been roped in as the antagonist in the film. With Nani as the protagonist, "The Paradise" marks the Natural Star's second collaboration with the filmmaker after their blockbuster hit "Dussehra". Produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the banner of SLV Cinemas, the movie will also see Sonali Kulkarni in a crucial role. At the moment, "The Paradise" is being filmed at RFC. The makers are reportedly shooting a huge action sequence choreographed by stunt master Real Satish in a specially constructed set.

'The Paradise' shoot update: Nani joins the sets of Srikanth Odela's directorial

The film went on the floors on June 21, and is currently being filmed in Hyderabad. The makers took to social media and shared a photo of Nani from the sets. Dressed in his character avatar, Nani seems to be playing the role of 'Dhagad', and he is seen placing one foot on a stack of weight plates while gazing across the backdrop with an intense expression. He will be seen in a rugged look with braided hair, as seen in the poster released earlier. The makers have now added some detail with this particular photo, as there's a distinctive fancy anklet watch and glossy green leather shoes. With the photo, the makers wrote, "THE DHAGAD joins #TheParadise Natural Star @NameisNani joins the sets of #TheParadise today. Now, with Nani stepping in, the project moves into a more prominent phase, filming pivotal sequences involving the main characters. 'The Paradise' marks the second collaboration between Nani and director Srikanth Odela. Their previous outing, 'Dasara' which turned out to be a super hit. The music for the film is composed by the star musician Anirudh Ravichander . The movie is set to hit theaters on March 26, 2026.
