Anya Taylor-Joy wore the Les Girls style in an Hottest fashion trends of 2025 Fabulous' Fashion Editor Clemmie Fieldsend shares the biggest trends from the high street. The East/West Bag Baguette bags have had a good run, after returning from the 1990s' shoulders of Sarah Jessica Parker to modern-day fashion icons, like Hailey Bieber. In 2025, the East/West bag is a similar but elongated shape and has long, thin straps that are easy to throw over your shoulder. They've been on runway models' arms at nearly ever designer show - think Burberry, Givenchy and Bottega Veneta - and are hitting the high street now, too. Powder pink Bright fuchsia pink had its day after the release of Barbie in 2023 and now the more polished and expensive-looking pale shade is taking over for 2025. Pantone may say that it's the year of Mocha Mousse, but the catwalks say otherwise! From Prada to Erdem, the subtle look was all over the spring/summer catwalks, worn head-to-toe or on its own. If the sugary shade is too girly for you, then look to sharp suiting for a androgynous take on the colour. The shell jacket The '80s classic is back, but with a sleek and minimal new twist for 2025. We all know we're likely to see rain for most of spring, so your practical coat of choice should be a cagoule jacket. Depop revealed one of its big trend predictions for this year is retro sportswear, with surges already seen in '80s windbreakers'. Seen everywhere from the stylish streets of Copenhagen to the Miu Miu catwalk, now mums who have an emergency raincoat crumpled underneath their pushchair are very much in fashion! The turn-up jeans While the shape of jeans remains the same for this year and barrel-legs will still be everywhere, the way we're styling them is different. This season, transform your wide-leg, baggy denims into turn-ups. For this look, size doesn't matter, so while deep turn-ups are a hit from jean trend-leaders Citizens of Humanity, a slight fold is still just as good - but only as it's just one single fold. Peep-toe shoe Get your pedicures booked in sharpish, as this season your toes are the main event. After a long hiatus, the peep-toe has been welcomed back into the fashion fold, with brands like Hermes, Miu Miu and Tory Burch showing plain and embellished footwear in this style. From mules to pumps and clogs (yes, clogs will be around too!), there are lots of different styles that are set to sweep the high street. Sheer blouses See-through looks have always lived on the catwalk, but have rarely filtered into everyday life - until now. Designers Ralph Lauren and Tom Ford loved sheer looks on their S/S '25 catwalks and M&S even had sellout success with its black sheer pencil skirt last season. Expect to see more sheer looks lining supermarket aisles and high street shops in the form of skirts, tops and frocks.

Generally speaking, However, Rhiannon was not put off and made her plea in a video on her She shared: 'Please stay for this whole minute video, as I'm trying to make money through the Creator Fund to basically safety-proof my whole flat. 'Because I have a three-year-old, and she's a climber and she's very accident-prone, and I'm gonna show you the things that I need to buy for my flat.' The first item on her wish list was a baby gate, because although she already has one on her daughter's room, she needs one for the kitchen. Rhiannon explained that at the moment they have to take it off and put it back on, which is tricky given the doors are different sizes. The second item she wants is a door lock for her bedroom, and she added that there are lots of items in there she doesn't want her daughter getting hold of. Most read in Fabulous Next up were knob covers, and Rhiannon said: 'These are sort of just as a safety precaution, because I'm like an overthinker, like majorly.' The next safety item she wants is window locks. I'm a mum-of-2 on UC & fed up with people calling me a scrounger - yes I've got a £1.5k pram, I can have nice things too She explained that someone had told her the council 'should be able to do it', but she wasn't sure and was going to check. She said she needs around five to do the windows in her house. Rhiannon concluded her video: 'If you stayed all the way through this video, thank you so much.' Her video has racked up 17,000 views, but not everyone was too supportive in the comments. One said: 'In other words, please someone buy it for me. You are hilarious.' Another added: 'got enough money for makeup by the looks of it, which aint cheap, begging for money.' However, one commented: 'well done you for doing your best. it's not easy.' Rhiannon responded: 'I'm not asking for anyone's money. I'm asking for people to watch the video in order to make money. Bore off.' People call me a ‘bad mum' for letting my 7-year-old get a spray tan – they need to mind their own business
A MUM has clapped back at trolls who slammed her for letting her seven-year-old daughter get a spray tan. The fiery parent took to TikTok to share a sweet moment between her and her little girl, explaining that her daughter had asked for a spray tan and so she booked them both in for one. One supporter wrote: 'Spray tan better than getting a sun tan and skin cancer – I say go for it!' So a spray tan seems like a safer option. But the row taps into a wider debate on whether kids are growing up too fast. Why the 'Tanning Mitt Painting' trend isn't as good as it seems Painting door frames and banisters with a tanning mitt is a DIY trend everyone is obsessing over on social media. But Rebecca Miller, Fabulous' Associate Editor, and DIY-enthusiast reveals why you should put down the tanning mitt, and revert back to the old-fashioned paintbrushes and rollers for your next painting project. "A tanning mitt might be a cost-effective solution to painting your home, but it can't compete with a traditional paintbrush or roller. Tanning mitts offer a smooth, even application, but it doesn't compare to the professional and precise finish of a brush or roller. When it comes to painting detailed areas, like edges and corners, a paintbrush is the best tool for a job. Equally, if you are applying a new paint colour, you might need several coats of paint, and a tanning mitt can only provide very thin coats of paint - meaning you'd be spending more hours on the job! Painting brushes and rollers are also much easier to clean and are longer lasting. Tanning mitts usually need throwing out after one use which is neither good for the planet nor your wallet."

How to make delicious ice cream WITHOUT a machine using just two ingredients
Plus, the nostalgic childhood treat, which has been made into an ice cream flavour ICE TO KNOW How to make delicious ice cream WITHOUT a machine using just two ingredients Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) A WOMAN has revealed how to make 'delicious' lemon ice cream using just two ingredients - and you don't need an ice cream maker to do it. The food lover said her easy recipe involves using just lemon curd and some custard. First of all, you need to add 250g of lemon curd to a mixing bowl, and she advised that a sharper flavour is better. She added that if you have half a lemon, you can add in some extra juice for 'more bite.' Then you need to take a 500g pot of custard, and add it a 'bit as a time' to the curd and mix in well. The foodie advised that you can also use vanilla pudding if you don't have vanilla custard as it's 'pretty much the same thing.' Once you have evenly combined the two ingredients, add the mixture of a shallow baking tin that has been lined with non-stick paper. She said that the shallower the mixture is spread, the quicker it will freeze. Add your tin to the freezer and it should be solid in around three hours, although she kept hers in overnight. Next, you need to break the solid custard into pieces with your fingers or a blunt knife. You then add the bits into a food processor and start blitzing. Punters divided over Scots takeaways loaded ice cream fries Hers went into a powdery state, before later turning into a 'recognisable soft ice cream consistency.' She shared: 'At which point you can eat it at a very soft scoop stage, or you can scrape it into a tub, swirl through some more of the lemon curd, and put it back in the freezer to firm up. 'Then you can scoop and eat up all that lovely vitamin C. 'To my mind, combating scurvy has never tasted so good.' People were quick to comment on her video, which has racked up over 30,000 likes.
