Rag'n'Bone Man performs sold-out show at Llangollen Pavilion
Headlining the latest TK Maxx presents Live at Llangollen Pavilion night, the triple BRIT Award and Ivor Novello Award winner kicked off a 90-minute set with last year's hit Lovers in a Past Life, before segueing perfectly into the multi-award winning Skin. Rag'n'Bone Man – aka Rory Graham – then introduced his brand-new song Time To Love, before treating the crowd to a hit-filled set including Anywhere Away From Here (performed with blues star Elles Bailey, who also served as the night's main support), All You Ever Wanted, Grace, Ghosts, and Rush of Blood. He closed the main set with his global smash Human, returning for an encore featuring Put A Little Hurt On Me and the anthemic Giant. RECOMMENDED READING: Opening the night was rapidly rising pop talent Kerr Mercer. Live at Llangollen Pavilion has already seen Texas perform on Thursday night, and it continues tonight (Saturday) with reggae icons UB40 ft. Ali Campbell set to headline. There will be 13 headline acts set to perform at the North Wales venue, with the other headliners including James, The Script, Olly Murs, and The Human League. The concert series coincides with the Llangollen International Eisteddfod, which begins on July 8. Jamie Laing and pregnant wife Sophie Habboo prove all is forgiven for THAT breach of Palace protocol as they attend King's Trust Awards after eyebrow-raising video
Jamie Laing and his pregnant wife Sophie Habboo sparked a social media storm when they appeared to breach Buckingham Palace protocol to film a cheeky Instagram video. But it seemed that all is forgiven for the couple after the broke the royal rules, as they attended the red carpet for the King's Trust and TKMaxx & Homesense Awards at London's Royal Festival Hall on Thursday. The couple, who are expecting their first baby together, were among a star-studded guest list at the event, with Sophie showing off her bump in an elegant yellow dress. A day earlier the couple were invited to the Palace itself to meet His Majesty King Charles at a private reception. Jamie, 36, and Sophie, 30, raised eyebrows when they cheekily filmed themselves on the Grand Staircase at the Palace, which has been traversed by Kings and Queens, Princes and Princesses. The married couple filmed themselves recreating Harry and Meghan's famous 'Baby Mama' dance in the heart of the royal residence. The couple, who are expecting their first baby together, were among a star-studded guest list at the event, with Sophie showing off her bump in an elegant yellow dress The cheeky video came as a breach of Palace rules as guests were asked not to use their cameras inside Buckingham Palace during the star-studded King's Trust event. The couple recreated Harry and Meghan's by now infamous 'Baby Mama' dance, but it is unclear whether it was a dig at the former royals. Four years ago, they sparked huge debate after the Duchess of Sussex posted a video on Instagram of them doing the viral craze four years ago in the delivery suite shortly before she gave birth to their daughter, Princess Lilibet. Seemingly channeling the couple with their own video, Jamie wrote: 'They said we couldn't film in Buckingham Palace.' While the moment was most definitely a breach in protocol and could have sparked a royal meltdown, palace aides fortunately found the funny side. Its official Instagram account 'theroyalfamily' replied to the post, saying: 'We see you' accompanied by a pair of eyes and a wink emojis. The King's Trust entered the conversation in the spirit of the occasion, saying: 'All of our attendees are very well behaved' with the same look and a laughing emoji. However, p resenter Fearne Cotton, who was also a guest, said: 'You also had your pap camera out with a flash. Think of what the flash has done to those priceless paintings.' Proof that no offence was taken, a palace aide told the Mail: 'I'm sure it was done in a spirit of fun, and of course aligned to Jamie's wonderful support for The King's Trust Awards - even if it's not something we would greatly encourage every guest to attempt.' Referring to 'theroyalfamily' account's official response, they added most definitely with tongue-in-cheek: 'Proof that from time to time the Royal Family account has a sense of humour too. 'As for Jamie, may we recommend a visit to the Tower of London. Hashtag Winkyfacelolz.' The King's Trust was set up by King Charles when he was Prince of Wales in 1976 to help disadvantaged young people get back into education, work and training. It has since gone on to help more than one million young people and is considered one of the biggest and most effective charities of its kind in the country. Jamie and Sophie were among a huge guest list attending the King's Trust Awards, led by actor George Clooney and his wife Amal. Letting his wife take centre stage, the Hollywood icon, 64, and his human rights lawyer wife, 47, dressed to impress as they lead the stars at the star-studded event held at the Royal Festival Hall in London.

Charity 'sad and confused' after seeing its shirt on sale in TK Maxx without permission
Charity 'sad and confused' after seeing its shirt on sale in TK Maxx without permission The £15 charity T-shirts were on sale at the high street chain for £39.99 Cardiff Dogs Home were left confused when a T-shirt of theirs was seen in TK Maxx with a 166% retail price mark-up (Image: The Rescue Hotel/Facebook ) A Cardiff-based charity which fundraises for a Welsh dogs home was astonished to come across one of its T-shirts on sale in TK Maxx without permission. According to The Rescue Hotel which fundraises for Cardiff Dogs Home TK Maxx has been offering the black Cardiff Dogs Home t-shirts for sale with a 166% retail markup. The charity said they sell the shirts for £15 but in TK Maxx they are presented as being sold at a discounted price. A photograph posted by the charity on its Facebook page shows TK Maxx selling the t-shirt for £39.99, "reduced" from a supposed recommended retail price (RRP) of £65. Never miss a Cardiff story by signing up to our daily newsletter here . The charity said it was confused its items were being sold in TK Maxx anyway and was also bemused as to how the store had settled on such a price. The Rescue Hotel wrote in a statement: 'Not sure whether to be flattered or furious. This weekend one of our supporters found one of our charity's T-shirts on sale at TK Maxx for £39.99 with a marked recommended retail price (RRP) of £65. Article continues below 'We're a small Welsh charity run entirely by five volunteers around our full-time jobs. We design and ship our merch ourselves to help raise money for homeless dogs in Cardiff. We sell this T-shirt for £15.' The charity added it was confused as to how the t-shirt could have ended up in TK Maxx. 'Is TK Maxx copying our design and selling it as their own,' they said. 'Is TK Maxx buying directly from us and slapping on a 166% mark-up? Where did TK Maxx get the £65 RRP from? 'Is this a second hand T-shirt sent to recycling that has made its way into a TK Maxx store where they are selling it as new? We would love some feedback from TKMaxx on how and why this has happened.' WalesOnline has contacted TK Maxx for comment. The retailer, a high street store, said on its website that it sources its stock from 'all kinds of vendors – big names and designer labels, top brands, up-and-coming labels'. In a section on its website explaining how it sources its products TK Maxx said: 'We take advantage of a wide variety of opportunities, which can include department store cancellations, a brand owner producing too much product, or a great deal when a vendor simply wants to clear merchandise. These are just some of the ways we bring you tremendous value.' The Rescue Hotel added: 'We put blood, sweat and tears into this charity. Quite literally at the moment as our merch is stored in a shipping container which is pretty unbearable to be packing orders from in this heat but we'll do anything for the dogs. Article continues below 'This has made us so sad. Every single penny of profit we make from the sale of our merch goes directly to helping the homeless dogs of Cardiff.'
