Michelle Keegan documented her idyllic 'summer in the Cotswolds' in a new Instagram post on Tuesday. The actress, 38, looked gorgeous in a stylish white co-ord and pushed her daughter Palma in her pram as she relaxed in the sunshine. She shares Palma, four months, with her husband former TOWIE star Mark Wright - though he didn't appear in the new pictures. Surrounded by beautiful countryside she posed in her outfit and accessorised the look with orange tinted shades and sandals. She was also getting acquainted with the local horses as she shared a snap at sunset stroking one. The rest of her album consisted of pictures of her visits to farmers markets and eating out at stunning restaurants. The star wore a cropped sports bra while enjoying a pilates session and a game of padel in an update shared to Instagram. Giving an insight into life since becoming a mother, Michelle uploaded some 'moments of happiness.' One adorable photo showed Mark enjoying his first Father's Day, while another included a sweet photoshoot as Palma reached three-months-old. She captioned the post: 'To other people these are just pictures, to me these are moments of happiness.' Michelle has raked in a huge six figure sum while on maternity leave, recent accounts showed. The actress and her husband are thought to have a combined net worth of £20 million. Despite taking some time away from work, Michelle has managed to increase her net worth by £441,082, just three months after giving birth. According to Companies House her company Rosia Promotions is now worth a staggering £4,032,277. The company has £3,473,623 in cash and £610,370 in property. Elsewhere, the actress has reportedly signed a six-figure advertising deal to become the new face of Sky. The deal is Michelle's first major job since she gave birth to her daughter and she will film a series of promo clips with fellow British actor Idris Elba, who already appears as the 'face'. A source told The Sun: 'Michelle has really been enjoying maternity leave with Palma, but she'll be back to work soon to film these new adverts for Sky. They added: ' Brassic is ending after the seventh series and Michelle is keen to still be a part of the Sky brand. 'Landing this ad is huge for Michelle, as she's fast becoming a brand in her own right. Everything she touches seems to turn to gold.' After leaving ITV soap Corrie in 2014, Michelle's career took off, with hits such as BBC military drama Our Girl, Sky's Brassic and BBC's Australian drama Ten Pound Poms. Last year, she had the starring role as Maya Stern in Netflix's Harlan Coben thriller Fool Me Once - which racked up more than 100 million views globally. Mark first appeared on TV in the reality show TOWIE in 2010 and continued making a name for himself in others such as I'm A Celebrity and Strictly Come Dancing, which led to him presenting American entertainment news programme EXTRA for three years. Although he's earned around £5 million for his TV work, and has £1 million endorsement deals with Littlewoods and Marks & Spencer, the bulk of his fortune has been made from investing in property via his company Chigwell Properties Ltd. He's now a Heart FM DJ, too.

TOWIE star Lucy Mecklenburgh, who has two children with former Coronation Street cast member Ryan Thomas, has defended herself following a question about her parenting Reality TV star Lucy Mecklenburgh has opened up about her approach to parenting following a "negative" question on social media about her family's lifestyle. She said that it is "really important" to the speak out about the situation. Lucy, 33, has two children with her fiancé Ryan Thomas, 41. The couple are parents to kids Roman, five, and Lilah, three, together. Through the relationship, she is also a step-parent to Scarlett Thomas, 16, who is former Coronation Street actor Ryan's daughter from a previous relationship. Former the Only Way is Essex star Lucy often posts about her life on Instagram. It includes keeping fans updated on holidays and her going away, with her having occasionally posted on the platform about taking trips without her kids. Lucy was faced with a question about her lifestyle in a Q&A on Instagram yesterday. After inviting her followers to submit questions, she revealed that one submission asked about her having previously gone away with Roman and Lilah. The question read: "Why do you always leave your kids and go away?" Lucy responded in a post that included a photo of herself and her partner Ryan sat in a restaurant, which is thoughts to have been taken on a holiday together. Addressing the question, Lucy wrote in her response: "I know this was meant as a negative message but actually I think it's really important to talk about. I adore my kids so much and as much as [I] get mum guilt every time I leave them I think it's so healthy for a relationship to have a date night or short break away with your partner or friends." She went on to add that she also travels away for work. Lucy wrote: "I also do have to go away a lot to London or abroad to my retreats but that's my work and actually I absolutely love what I do & love that my kids see me enjoying my job." Lucy co-founded the brand RWL, which hosts wellness and fitness retreats, including in Portugal. Earlier this month, she posted about having been away at a retreat in the UK, with her writing: "My favourite kind of weekend away." She told her followers in a video message: "Oh my god, I cannot believe this weekend has come around so quickly. So the last time I was here was October and it was one of the best weekends of my life, so I just had to do it again." Lucy said it included walks in the countryside, "delicious" food that is cooked for the guests, a variety of workouts, hot tub use and being surrounded by "like-minded women". She added: "This is the ultimate girls weekend away." Lucy had previously posted about needing some time away. Last month, said over footage from a retreat: "I need a break and we shouldn't feel guilty for feeling like this because when I get time to myself doing something that I love that is looking after my wellbeing, I am definitely a better mum and better at my job." Days earlier Lucy had revealed to fans that she had enjoyed a family holiday abroad recently too though. Lucy had gone on a Royal Caribbean Cruise with Ryan, their two kids and her stepdaughter Scarlett in April. The trip included stops in Miami, St. Kitts and the Bahamas. She wrote in a post about the holiday that she hadn't ever planned to go on a cruise but was already looking forward to another with her family in the future. She wrote: "Honestly, cruising with kids? Game. Changer. Non-stop fun, dreamy destinations every day, amazing food (still thinking about it), and the kids' clubs? Unreal." After sharing the itinerary, she told fans: "Would I do it again? In a heartbeat."

'I suffer with anxiety, and feel overwhelmed at times, but exercise is a time for me to think of nothing else other than what I'm doing.'
