Friends star's nepo-baby son is following in their acting footsteps – but can you guess who his famous parent is?
THIS nepo-baby was born into television royalty, thanks to one of his parents being a cast member of Friends. The rising star in question is now forging his own career as an actor, but can you guess which star of the famous sitcom he's related to? 7 7 7 7 We are of course talking about Lisa Kudrow's son, Julian Murray Stern, 27. The actress, 61, is best known for playing Phoebe Buffay in Friends, alongside Courteney Cox, Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer, and the late Matthew Perry. Lisa was actually pregnant with Julian whilst she was filming the show. Her pregnancy was written into the fourth season of Friends in 1998, when Phoebe was carrying her brother's triplets. Lisa previously recalled some fond memories of this time on the set of the famous sitcom. "The six of us would do a huddle backstage and just say, 'All right, have a good show, love you love you love you love you.,'" she told People. "And when I was pregnant, then they would say, 'Have a great show, love you love you — love you, little Julian!' "This was because we knew it was a boy and that was his name. She then added how "sweet" she found this gesture from her famous co-stars. Lisa shares Julian with her French husband Michael Stern, who she wed in 1995. Following in his famous mom's footsteps, Julian is forging a career in acting and has starred in the TV series, That's Hollywood, Baby, and the short film. Big City Boy. He has also got a number credits for editing. Lisa would often bring Julian to work with her when she filmed Friends, so he grew up on the set. 7 7 However, her son hasn't always a fan of his mother's work. During an interview on Late Night With Seth Meyers, Lisa revealed how her Julian only recently watched the first few episode of Friends, and was surprised at how 'impressive' it was. 'He called me up and said, 'So I just watched the first two episodes. It's really good, Mom,' " she revealed. "I said, 'Thanks.' He said, 'Can I ask you some questions about that?' I'm like, 'Yes!' I almost started crying. I didn't think that anyone in my family liked that show." She continued, "He was 5 when we were finished … but he did start watching when his friends at school started watching. "[But when] he watched it and he was impressed." Lisa is incredibly proud of her son, and told OK! magazine in 2020: "He's unbelievably lucked out." She added: "I try to advise him about girls, then I realise I probably don't know what I'm talking about."

The Simpsons' producer clarifies Marge's death
The Simpsons executive producer Matt Selman addressed fan concerns about Marge Simpson 's apparent Death in the show's 36th season finale. Selman clarified that Marge's Death is not considered canon, stating that the show has no consistent canon due to numerous contradictory flash-forwards. The episode, set 35 years in the future, depicted Homer at Marge's grave, but Marge later appeared in a pre-recorded message and then in heaven. Selman suggested that media outlets created misleading headlines about Marge's Death to generate traffic, despite knowing it was not a permanent plot point. The long-running animated series has been renewed for four more seasons, ensuring it will surpass 800 episodes.

BBC forced to issue apology after livid Doctor Who fans complain about episode being 'spoiled'
The BBC issued a statement after livid Doctor Who fans complained about an episode being 'spoiled'. Doctor Who's 15th season wrapped up last month and saw Ncuti Gatwa depart as the Time Lord in the series' finale. Ncuti's character regenerated into Rose Tyler (Billie Piper) in scenes that sent viewers into a meltdown. However, some fans voiced concerns that the episode was ruined because the BBC News site published an article with the headline: 'Ncuti Gatwa regenerates into Billie Piper as he leaves Doctor Who'. A spoiler warning was then written underneath, but many felt the headline spoiled the ending. Since then, the broadcaster has acknowledged the complaints and explained the reasoning behind the story. The statement read: 'Some people contacted us to complain that the headline gave away the ending, spoiling this Doctor Who episode for them. 'Others requested that the BBC be more conscious of spoilers going forward, particularly in the use of headlines. 'Ncuti Gatwa's departure from the series had been widely speculated and many fans will have been aware that this was a possibility. 'The headline on the news homepage that evening referred to Ncuti Gatwa's departure because this was a legitimate entertainment news story in its own right, and it is not unusual that we would carry this type of story once a programme has been broadcast and the details in the public domain.' It went on to reveal details of the regeneration was added in later on in the evening. The statement continued: 'While we cannot account for everyone's viewing habits, we initially held back from headlining the announcement of Ncuti Gatwa's regeneration into Billie Piper. 'This extra detail was added later in the evening and our approach was consistent across the BBC site. 'BBC journalists are of course entitled to use their judgement to decide which stories to cover and the manner in which they are reported. We also want our headlines to be as informative as possible. 'Although every story is different, we have discussed your concerns on this occasion with senior editors and we will be mindful of your views for future coverage.' When the episode aired, devout Whovians were not expecting the huge twist at the end when Ncuti's character regenerated into Rose amid his departure after just two series as woke storylines saw ratings for the much-loved show plunge. Billie first starred as the companion to the ninth Doctor in 2005, playing Rose Tyler alongside Christopher Eccleston's Time Lord. She went onto star alongside David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor in the second series. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, fans were quick to share their reaction to Billie's shock comeback, with one even asking: ''Did my eyes actually deceive me?!'
