Tata Motors has announced that they are offering benefits worth ₹50,000 on the Nexon 45 and Curvv EV. However, this benefit is only applicable to existing Tata EV owners. The homegrown manufacturer has not revealed for how much time this offer will remain. This warranty was initially introduced with the Tata Harrier EV and, following a favourable response, is now being extended to other electric models in the brand's portfolio. The lifetime battery warranty is valid for the entire lifespan of the vehicle—up to 15 years—and is available to all private buyers of the Curvv EV and Nexon EV 45 kWh. This benefit applies to both new customers and existing owners who are the first registered buyers of these electric SUVs. The newly introduced lifetime battery warranty applies exclusively to the 45 kWh variant. This version delivers a claimed MIDC range of 489 km per charge, with Tata estimating a real-world range (C75 cycle) of around 350 to 375 km. In contrast, the 30 kWh model comes with a standard warranty of 8 years or 160,000 km (whichever comes earlier) and offers an MIDC-certified range of 275 km. Its expected real-world range falls between 210 and 230 km. Tata Curvv EV Battery Options The Tata Curvv EV is also available with two battery pack configurations—45 kWh and 55 kWh. The 45 kWh variant is rated to deliver 430 km (MIDC), while the larger 55 kWh option offers up to 502 km (MIDC) on a full charge. Real-world range estimates (C75 cycle) stand at approximately 330 to 350 km for the 45 kWh pack and 400 to 425 km for the 55 kWh version.

The rest of the SUV remains the same in terms of performance and features, depending on the variant opted for. The interior of the Tata Harrier EV Stealth edition gets a completely blacked-out appearance. Tata Harrier EV Stealth Edition: Variants and pricing The pricing of the Harrier EV Stealth Edition starts at ₹ 28.24 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Empowered 75 Stealth trim. The Empowered 75 Stealth ACFC can be opted for at a premium of ₹ 49,000, costing ₹ 28.73 lakh (ex-showroom). Lastly, the Empowered 75 QWD Stealth and Empowered 75 QWD Stealth ACFC can be purchased at ₹ 29.74 lakh and ₹ 30.23 lakh (both ex-showroom), respectively. The Harrier EV, thus, becomes the first electric vehicle and the only vehicle in the Tata Motors portfolio to boast of AWD capabilities. Prior to this, models like the Tata Safari, Hexa and the Aria were the only models from Tata Motors to get 4X4 or AWD capabilities. On the motor front, the Tata Harrier EV in its Stealth Edition is being offered with a 75 kWh battery pack. This 75 kWh battery pack option gets two drivetrain configuration options, including RWD and QWD. The RWD variants churn out 235 bhp and 315 Nm of torque, while the QWD variants produce 391 bhp and 504 Nm of torque. According to MIDC testing, these configurations allow the SUV to cover 627 km and 622 km of tarmac on a single charge. The price announcement follows shortly after the carmaker announced the Harrier EV RWD variants' pricing starting at ₹ 21.49 lakh (ex-showroom) recently. The EV SUV takes head-on competition against the Mahindra XEV 9e while also competing with models like the BYD Atto 3 and Hyundai Ioniq 5 in the Indian market. The Harrier EV is available in four colour options, including Nainital Nocturnal, Empowered Oxide, Pure Grey and Pristine White, other than its special blacked-out Stealth edition. Bookings for the electric SUV will commence on 2nd July. Tata Harrier EV: Design In terms of design, the Tata Harrier EV retains the basic shape and silhouette of the internal combustion-powered Harrier. However, it has certain EV-specific design details. To begin with, at the front, it gets a closed-off grille to enhance aerodynamics. Down below, the front bumper gets a slight redesign with vertical satin silver slats to cool off the internal components, such as the battery pack and the motors. Other than this, the front profile is very much identical to the Harrier with a split headlamp setup; however, the DRLS are now connected in the Harrier EV. Interestingly, the Harrier EV misses out on the flush-style door handles, which made their debut with the Tata Curvv and Curvv EV, and had recently been seen on the 2025 Tata Altroz as well. The rear profile of the Harrier EV is also pretty much identical to the diesel-powered model. It continues to get the connected tail light setup; however, the rear bumper gets a slight redesign. Tata Harrier EV: Cabin Just like on the outside, the cabin of the Tata Harrier EV also resembles the diesel-powered Harrier. It continues to get a dual-tone cabin. However, the interior finish depends on the variant of choice. It gets a new 14.5-inch Samsung Neo QLED touchscreen infotainment system along with the 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. The infotainment system gets wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, while the instrument cluster can be used to project maps for better convenience. Other key changes inside the cabin include a new rotary dial to select between six different terrain modes - Normal, Sand, Mud Ruts, Snow/Grass, Rock Crawl and Custom. The Tata Harrier EV has joined the list of the safest EV SUVs in India. Check Offers The Bharat National Crash Assessment Program recently established the test results for the new Tata Harrier EV. The fully electric-powered SUV scored a full 5 out of 5 stars in the Bharat NCAP crash test. Achieving this maximum safety rating is not something new for Tata Motors, as it has been producing multiple vehicles that have emerged with a similar full score after going through the BNCAP crash tests. Tata EV launched the new Harrier EV on June 3rd in India, marking a significant event in the country's automotive calendar for 2025. The newest EV SUV gets a host of design and feature updates, as well as a new powertrain. Based on the platform, the Harrier will likely share this powertrain with the upcoming vehicles in Tata's EV portfolio. The new Dzire also boasts a five-star Global NCAP safety rating.
