Asking prices for Worcester County homes rose slightly in June. See current median price
The median home in Worcester County listed for $577,400 in June, slightly up from the previous month's $575,000, an analysis of data from shows.
Compared to June 2024, the median home list price increased 5% from $562,450.

In the previous month, homes had a median of 23 days on the market. Around 1,020 homes were newly listed on the market in June, a 13.8% increase from 896 new listings in June 2024.
