Colleen Hoover's ‘Reminders Of Him' Moves Ahead Of Margot Robbie & Jacob Elordi's ‘Wuthering Heights' In Pre-Valentine's Day 2026 Frame
Universal is positioning its Valentine's Day entry Colleen Hoover's Reminders of Him, in just the right place, moving the Vanessa Caswill directed movie from Feb. 13, 2026 to Feb. 6. That's ahead of another female skewing film for the frame, Warner Bros' Wuthering Heights starring Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi from filmmaker Emerald Fennell. Reminders of Him stars Maika Monroe, Lauren Graham, Bradley Whitford, Lainey Wilson and Nicholas Duvernay. The source material was a No. 1 New York Times bestselling tome about motherhood, forgiveness and the power of one love to heal even the most shattered heart. In the wake of the success of that Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively movie, Hollywood jumped on the Hoover bandwagon much like they did with authors such as Stephen King in the 1980s and John Grisham in the 1990s. Reminders of Him will share the Feb. 6-8 weekend next year with the Angel Studios' comedy Solo Mio. Left on Valentine's Day weekend with Wuthering Heights is an untitled NEON horror movie, the Sony Animation feature Goat and the Chris Hemsworth-Barry Keoghan Amazon MGM Studios movie Crime 101. There have been a plethora of great TV series hitting screens this year — and it's only June! From brilliant local productions like The Narrow Road To The Deep North and Apple Cider Vinegar to international mega-hits like Adolescence and The White Lotus, here are 11 of the best . . . so far. Inspired by the wild-but-true story of wellness scammer Belle Gibson, this local series stars US actress Kaitlyn Dever doing just about the best Aussie accent you'll ever hear. The show has only grown in popularity as more have discovered it. Some fantastic performances and a strong story rooted in reality make this must-see television. Give Dever all the awards! Not only is this series, co-created by UK actor and creator Stephen Graham, an urgent examination of adolescent mental health and the toxic online 'manosphere', it's also a feat of technical brilliance. Each episode is shot in one take, forcing viewers to stay with the action and not turn away from the story's more confronting aspects (and there are plenty). Put simply — it is a work of genius. Creator Mike White knocked it out of the park for the third series of his Emmy Award-winning show, this time set in Thailand. Right from those strange new opening credits, something felt different about season three — but in a good way. Performances from the key cast got everyone talking, and by the explosive finale, there wasn't a viewer out there not 100 per cent invested in seeing how everything ended. What a show! Without a doubt, this superb series from Dan Erickson and Ben Stiller is the best TV you'll see this year. In season two, the creators took the story in wholly new directions, further fleshing out characters while still leaving us with plenty of questions ahead of next season (hurry up, dammit!). Discover why TV fans are losing their minds for this ridiculously good show. This comedy just gets better — no wonder it keeps scooping the pool at the Emmys. Season four could well have been Hacks' last, with episode eight potentially wrapping things up beautifully. But good news: it has been greenlit for another season, so we'll get to spend even more time with Deborah (Jean Smart) and Ava (Hannah Einbinder). Though whether either still has a career remains to be seen . . . The second season of this superb ER-esque medical drama has just begun filming, which gives you a pretty good indication of how well received it was first time around. Starring Noah Wyle as an under-the-pump doctor, each episode plays out as an hour of his very long shift, giving us some genuinely gripping storylines and exceptional performances. Can't wait for more. This one seemingly came out of nowhere and quickly gained a devoted following for its grisly premise and darkly compelling story. Set in Edinburgh and starring Downton Abbey's Matthew Goode as a disaffected Detective Inspector, this psychological crime thriller had us hooked from the opening episode, not letting up until that surprising finale. Here's hoping there are more seasons on the way. Tina Fey's newest creation, based on the 1981 movie from Alan Alda, is a midlife comedy about a group of friends in their fifties who catch up every few months. Sounds dull, right? Trust us: it's not. Fey has played it (relatively) straight for the laughs this time, but the show still has some hilarious moments and a stack of brilliantly relatable performances from the central cast. Good news — it's back for another season! At last, a Star Wars spinoff worthy of the hype. The second season of this Rogue One prequel has been roundly praised by critics, with some even uttering the 'm' word. Yep, critics and fans alike are bandying the term masterpiece about. Diego Luna continues to anchor the tightly written series, which feels more urgent by the day given what's going on in the world right now. If you've not discovered this one yet, seek it out. Think of yourself as a cinephile? You won't want to miss this excellent series starring Seth Rogan. He plays a Hollywood exec battling to maintain his sanity while kowtowing to his corporate bosses and trying to stay afloat in the cutthroat movie-making world. This is a great peek behind the curtain. Equal parts cringe and captivating, it's a lot of fun for movie fans. Find out how the sausage is made! This locally produced series is based on the award-winning novel by Richard Flanagan and is brought to the small screen by esteemed filmmakers Justin Kurzel and Shaun Grant. They're the duo behind Nitram and Snowtown, which gives you an idea of its calibre. This devastating series is beautifully shot and has a dreamlike quality to it, and Jacob Elordi and Ciaran Hinds are fantastic as younger and older versions of the same character. Hauntingly great.

Nicole Clemens Joins Amazon To Head Up International Originals
Nicole Clemens is heading to Amazon to lead international originals. Clemens, the former Paramount TV Studios boss, will take up the Vice President and Head of International Originals role at Prime Video and MGM Studios, which comes after her new boss Kelly Day had her role expanded amid a time of change for the juggernaut. Upcoming projects include Red Queen and Betty La Fea (Colombia); and new projects like Newtopia, Superboys of Malegaon, Graduation Trip: Mallorca and Costiera. Clemens will spend a period of time at the Amazon MGM Studios' Culver City HQ, before relocating to London, according to an internal note from Day that has just been sent out, seen by Deadline. She joins international originals bosses including Javiera Balmaceda (Head of International Originals, Latin America, Canada & Australia), Tara Erer (Head of International Originals, Northern Europe), Nicole Morganti (Head of International Originals, Southern Europe) and John Holmes (Director of International Originals Production & Post), who will report into Clemens. She is a former Paramount TV Studios boss and Paramount+ President of Original Scripted Series, who left soon after Paramount TV Studios was shut down, after working on the likes of Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan, Reacher and Cross. 'I look forward to Nicole joining the Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios family next month and I'm sure you'll provide a warm welcome,' said Day. The news comes at a time of change for Amazon both in the U.S. and internationally. Studios boss Jennifer Salke recently exited soon after international originals boss James Farrell and UK MD Chris Bird. After Salke left, Day was handed an expanded role internationally. Iconic Aussie pub transformed for new Jacob Elordi miniseries
An iconic Australian country pub in a tiny town in NSW got a taste of Hollywood when it became a film set for Jacob Elordi 's new hit show The Narrow Road to the Deep North. Situated in the Southern Tablelands, 322km from Sydney, the Captains Flat Hotel features in the hard-hitting Amazon Prime Video miniseries. The Narrow Road to the Deep North tracks an army surgeon's torment over his past while he struggles in a Thai-Burmese prisoner of war camp during World War II. According to WIN Canberra, the beautifully maintained heritage pub was selected by the show's creators for 'historical authenticity'. Producers slipped into Captains Flat, which as a population of 491, in late 2023 for filming and many locals joined the cast as extras. WIN also shared a selfie of Hollywood star Jacob, 27, dressed as his character in the show - a Major in the Australian Army. Other photos shared by WIN include one of the cast members dressed in 1940s costumes enjoying a meal between filming scenes. The Narrow Road to the Deep North received critical acclaim after it dropped on Amazon Prime Video on April 18. Jacob, who rose to fame in the drama Euphoria and the controversial film Saltburn, plays Dorrigo Evans, a prisoner of war in a Japanese prison camp during WWII. The story, based on the novel by Richard Flanagan, spans decades and also deals with a love affair between Elordi's character and his uncle's wife, played by Australian actress Odessa Young. Famed Irish actor Ciarán Hinds plays Dorrigo as an older man in the series. Elordi has also been busy filming a movie adaptation of Wuthering Heights with fellow Australian Margot Robbie, 34. In preparation for his role as Heathcliff, the actor revealed unruly locks and very long and bushy sideburns as he posed on the red carpet at the 75th Berlinale International Film Festival in Berlin in February. Filming for Emerald Fennell's adaptation of Wuthering Heights has been ramping up lately, with Margot seen donning a dramatic wedding gown while strolling across the misty Yorkshire Moors. Filming began in January and it is slated for a release date of February 2026. Margot and Jacob are familiar with each other after recently starring in a short film See You at 5, directed by Call Me by Your Name's Luca Guadagnino, for a Chanel No. 5 campaign. The Aussie star recently gushed about Jacob in an interview with Harper's Bazaar, saying: 'He's wonderful. And as you said, I worked with him on Saltburn in a producer-actor capacity. 'So I haven't shared the screen with him before, but I know I've seen him on set, I've been around him on set, and he's just—he's got an incredible presence. 'He's a movie star—he's got that charisma. He holds a frame. He's also really lovely and from the same state that I'm from in Australia. We're about an hour away from each other, but he's from Brisbane, and I'm from the Gold Coast. 'Even though the whole point of our film is that we cross paths and miss each other, it still felt like we did the campaign together.' Wuthering Heights fans were puzzled by the casting choice when the duo were announced for the new adaptation. They noted that Catherine, who is no older than 19 in the novel, is being played by 34-year-old Margot.
