Is ‘Feud' returning for season 3? Everything we know so far
By Aman Shukla Published on July 13, 2025, 18:00 IST Last updated July 13, 2025, 16:27 IST Ryan Murphy's Feud anthology series has kept audiences hooked with its dramatic dives into real-life rivalries. After the success of Feud: Bette and Joan and Feud: Capote vs. The Swans , fans are buzzing with excitement for Season 3. Here's a look at the latest rumours and what might be in store for the next chapter of this stylish, gossip-fueled drama. Is Feud Season 3 Happening? As of July 2025, FX hasn't officially confirmed Feud Season 3, but there's plenty of reason to be optimistic. The show's second season, Capote vs. The Swans , earned 10 Emmy nominations, signaling strong critical and audience support. Production rumors suggest filming may have started in April 2024 in Los Angeles under the working title 'Snow Globe,' with shooting possibly wrapping by July 2024. If this timeline holds, we could see a premiere in late 2025 or early 2026. However, without official confirmation, these dates remain speculative. The seven-year gap between Seasons 1 and 2 shows FX is willing to take time to craft a compelling story, so fans might need patience. Still, the show's history of attracting top talent and delivering juicy drama makes a third season feel like a strong possibility. What to Expect from Feud Season 3 If Feud Season 3 moves forward, fans can anticipate the same polished production that defined the first two seasons. Expect meticulous period details, from lavish costumes to evocative sets, whether the story unfolds in 1990s New York or another glamorous era. The narrative will likely explore themes of betrayal, ambition, and the cost of fame, as seen in Bette and Joan 's Hollywood rivalry and Capote vs. The Swans ' cautionary tale of self-destruction. The show's ability to blend historical accuracy with dramatic flair will keep viewers hooked. Season 2's focus on Truman Capote's fallout with New York's elite showed how Feud can turn real events into compelling television, and Season 3 will likely follow suit with a story that's both juicy and poignant. What Swansea City's best XI now looks like as key missing piece glaringly obvious
What Swansea City's best XI now looks like as key missing piece glaringly obvious The Swans have already done a fair amount of business this summer - and there are already some potential selection headaches emerging Ethan Galbraith became Swanseas's fifth signing of the summer (Image: Swansea City ) Swansea City's summer took another positive turn before the weekend, with the club completing their fifth signing of what's already been a busy window. Ethan Galbraith's capture has been hailed as another really impressive move by supporters, many of whom have allowed themselves to conclude that something truly exciting is starting to unfold at SA1. There's still some work to be done, of course, and there's likely to be one or two departures before the window is out, but Swansea's squad is already looking well stocked for options in a couple of key areas ahead of the new season. Sign up to our Swansea City newsletter here. Indeed, when it comes to picking a best XI, head coach Alan Sheehan could already be in for something of a headache. In goal, Lawrence Vigouroux remains the likely number one choice following his impressive opening campaign last season, with Andy Fisher currently the only real option beyond the Chile international. Assuming Sheehan sticks with the four at the back favoured towards the end of last season, it seems highly likely that Josh Key will slot in at right back, with Josh Tymon on the left. Article continues below Sam Parker is likely to be given the chance to push at right-back, but the full-back areas do, on first glance at least, look like an area perhaps in need of a little more depth. In the middle, captain Ben Cabango is surely one of the first names on the teamsheet, and given the fanfare greeting his arrival one suspects it will be the same for Cameron Burgess. Ricardo Santos might well get a look in should Sheehan opt for a back three, which would then see Tymon and Key push up into the wingback positions. As well as a back four, Sheehan often implemented a double pivot at the base of his midfield, with Goncalo Franco often teaming up with one of Lewis O'Brien, Jay Fulton and Joe Allen. The chances of bringing O'Brien back to the club appear slim, while Allen has since retired. Fulton, meanwhile has already been linked with a move away this summer. So there's clearly some sort of rebuild on the cards, and it will be fascinating to see how Sheehan fits all his new options in. There's every chance new boy Galbraith could well step into that role at six, although the Northern Irishman can also play in the 10 or even out wide. Indeed, a sizeable chunk of his appearances for Leyton Orient last season actually came at right-back. Melker Widell is another possible candidate, although while he has played in the six before, his preferred position appears to be more of a traditional number eight. Sheehan could potentially revert to a three in midfield to fit them all in, which he did use on a couple of occasions last term. It's a formation that could shift into a 4-2-3-1 anyway with one of Widell or Galbraith pushing into a more advanced role when required. On the wings, it seems a slightly more straightforward choice, with Zeidane Inoussa likely to operate on his his favoured left side, although he can actually play on either flank. Eom Jisung will hopefully have some say on that, mind. The Korean has been working really hard in the gym this summer and appears fully focused on really staking his claim in this team. One suspects Ronald will play on the right given he was so heavily favoured by Sheehan last season, while Zan Vipotnik appears the most likely candidate to lead the line. When it comes to strikers, Bobby Wales is a player Swansea really believe in, but he's very much seen as one for the future, and while he will be afforded a chance to shine, it seems unlikely he'll be a regular starter next term Sign up to the Swansea City WhatsApp service to get breaking news and top stories sent to your phone. There's clearly also a case for Liam Cullen, although his best games in a Swans shirt have often come in slightly deeper, which only adds to the potential selection headache for Sheehan should he wish to operate a 10. Article continues below Regardless of those decisions, an out-and-out goalscorer is certainly missing, however, with Jerry Yates and Florian Bianchini the only possible other options - and neither have really capture the imagination so far. Indeed, there's a chance both could be moved on before the start of the season. Swansea's best XI? Vigouroux; Key, Cabango, Burgess, Tymon; Galbraith, Franco, Widell; Ronald, Vipotnik, Inoussa

Inside Swansea City's pre-season as new boys in the building and absences explained
Inside Swansea City's pre-season as new boys in the building and absences explained The Swans players are being put through their paces this week Josh Ginnelly and Jerry Yates are among those to have returned to pre-season training this week (Image: Swansea City ) Swansea City's players have returned to pre-season this week to be put through their paces ahead of the new campaign, and there's already been plenty to take in from it all. As is customary at this time of year, fitness is the main order of the day for the squad, who are under the guidance of a new look coaching team this summer, with Darren O'Dea joining up with Alan Sheehan's backroom staff following his move from Celtic. There have been some older faces too, with legends Alan Curtis and Leon Britton both dropping in on the squad this week to see how things are going as the Swans click their preparations for the new season into gear. Sign up to our Swansea City newsletter here. The players have already been seen going the SDS running test, a fitness routine that was originally introduced by UEFA for elite referees. It's designed to replicate the sort of high-intensity runs seen during a real match, with participants making a single run of 60m, before then doing two runs of 30m each and then finishing with another single 60m run. Hence the name, Single-Double-Single (SDS). The sort of heat seen this week clearly makes tests like this one far more of a challenge, with the likes of Josh Key, Josh Tymon and Zan Vipotnik all feeling the burn. Article continues below Content cannot be displayed without consent As too were some of the new boys. Ricardo Santos, for example, couldn't help but give out a exhausted puff of the cheeks by the end of it, while fellow new boys Bobby Wales, Melker Widell and Zeidane Inoussa could similarly be seen sweating it out before taking on some hydration in the Fairwood sunshine. Youngster Filip Lissah was could also be spotted in the background. The 20-year-old defender remains highly rated by insiders, but hasn't yet managed to make his mark on the first team set-up. Cameron Burgess, meanwhile, was nowhere to be seen, although his absence isn't any cause for concern. The Australian, who sealed a free transfer from Ipswich Town has been granted extra time off following his exploits for the Socceroos this summer. Melker Widell and Zeidane Inoussa have linked up with their new team-mates for the first time (Image: Swansea City ) The same goes for Ben Cabango, Ollie Cooper and Liam Cullen, all of whom were called up to the most recent Wales squad last month. Despite all the hard work, popular midfielder Goncalo Franco was all smiles on his return to south Wales. The Portuguese star enjoyed an impressive opening season in English football, one that has even attracted the interest of several sides on the continent. Eom Jisung, another still perhaps finding his feet in this league, will similarly be hoping to build on what felt and encouraging end to his first Championship campaign. Content cannot be displayed without consent As it turns out, the Korean has been working hard for the last couple of weeks now, focusing on his conditioning and agility, as well as his physicality, something that was arguably something of a weakness to his game last term. The Korean is clearly keen to add an explosive element to his game, and will be hoping his recent hard work gives him an edge as he bids to nail down a regular place in Sheehan's plans next season. Another man that's been doing plenty of individual work in the last few weeks is winger Josh Ginnelly. Well, not quite individual. Indeed, the 28-year-old was working alongside former team-mate and Swans hero Jamie Paterson last month in a bid to raise his sharpness ahead the next few weeks. The sight of Ginnelly involved in some gym work this week further suggests his injury struggles may, at long last, be in the rear-view mirror, and with one year left on his current deal, he may well feel this is a big season for him. It's understood he has been participating fully alongside the rest of the group. Content cannot be displayed without consent Ginnelly was snapped alongside another forgotten man in striker Jerry Yates, whose future at the club still feels uncertain ahead of the new season. Yates spent last term on loan with Derby County, and the club are likely to listen to offers over the coming weeks, although for now he has returned to be part of the group again. Andy Fisher, Cameron Congreve and Joel Cotterill are also back in the building following their own respective loan spells away. And there's plenty of hard work ahead for all of those in building. The squad are set to fly out to Spain later this month for a week-long training camp, which will culminate in a friendly with Stevenage at the Pinatar Arena on July 19. Leon Britton and Alan Curtis both dropped in on the squad this week (Image: Swansea City ) There are also likely to be a few behind-closed-doors encounters over the next few weeks, but supporters can still catch the Swans in action at Cheltenham Town on July 23 and at Exeter City on July 26. They are then poised to return to the Stadium to take on French side Lorient on August 2. It's very possible they may yet have a couple of new faces in before then, with the club still working hard on adding a couple more new faces over the coming weeks. After initially cooling their interest this summer, the City are believed to have once again put Leyton Orient's Ethan Galbraith on the table, although they haven't yet made any sort of concrete moves. Sign up to the Swansea City WhatsApp service to get breaking news and top stories sent to your phone. Gabi Kanichowsky is seemingly among the potential alternative options to have been sourced in recent weeks, although it's understood their interest remains tentative at this stage. Content cannot be displayed without consent Lewis O'Brien remains someone the club would love to bring back to the club following his sparkling loan spell last season, but the potential finances involved render a move unlikely. The same can probably said for striker Oli McBurnie, although interestingly a move hasn't yet been categorically ruled out for either player. There are likely to be a number of twists and turns before the start of the season and, as suggested earlier, there will surely be a couple of departures before the summer is out. Article continues below Finally, the club are still yet to offer up any suggestion on when their new kit will be released. Fans have already had the pleasure of viewing their heroes in a new training kit, with the Resin Co. recently announced as a new sponsor. However, there's no sign of the home or away kits as yet. For reference, the Swans had released last season's kit by now, so there could well be some details dropping very soon.

Swansea City's plan for the rest of the transfer window explained as wishlist emerges
Swansea City's plan for the rest of the transfer window explained as wishlist emerges The Swans still have plenty of work to do before the start of the season Oli McBurnie is a player on Swansea's radar this summer Swansea City's transfer window is firmly up and running, but there's clearly plenty more work to be done before the first ball is kicked on August 9. For the second season in a row, Swansea open their campaign with a trip to Middlesbrough, but a fair amount has changed since last year's curtain-raiser. Not only is there a new man in the hot-seat, but there's also likely to be a different look to the XI that takes to the field at the Riverside in a couple of months' time. Sign up to our Swansea City newsletter here. Five players have already come on board, while a total of 10 players have departed, and those numbers are likely to increase further before the close of the window. As things stand, it's understood a central midfielder is currently near the top of Swansea's wishlist, preferably one capable of playing in the six. Lewis O'Brien was clearly a figure of keen interest, but as expected the finances are proving tricky for the Swans, who are predictably facing stiff competition from elsewhere. Article continues below A host of second tier clubs, and even Spanish giants Valencia, have taken an interest in the 26-year-old, whose future remains up in the air. Sources claim Hull City and one other Championship club have already launched a bid for the Nottingham Forest man, and it's claimed the value of the Tigers' bid stands at around £5m. Swansea will clearly struggle to match any offer in that sort of ballpark, while Richard Montague himself admitted that O'Brien would command 'Premier League wages'. It may well be the club move on to other targets. Empoli's Liam Henderson and Yokohama's Jean Claude have previously been mentioned as possibilities by reports elsewhere, while there's also been some lingering interest in Ethan Galbraith at Leyton Orient, although it seems he's not regarded as a top priority at this stage. Melker Widell is set to come in, but the need for reinforcements at the heart of midfield will likely accelerate should a departure or two materialise. There's already been interest in star man Goncalo Franco, while Jay Fulton has similarly been tipped for a possible exit before the window's out. Elsewhere, the club are also bracing themselves for a potential offer for winger Ronald, who's been linked with several sides in his native Brazil, as well as Mexican side Club America. As things stand, however, there's not been any sort of concrete approach from anyone. Should the situation change, it could well have an impact on Swansea's plans. There's currently a feeling they are well stocked in wide areas, particularly with the signing of Zeidane Inoussa. But the recent links with Kwame Poku suggest they might well be expecting some movement the other way. The 23-year-old was reportedly the subject of an offer from the Swans, but now looks poised to join Queens Park Rangers. Josh Ginnelly could well be facing an uncertain future given his injury-plagued spell, while the lack of game-time under boss Alan Sheehan suggests Florian Bianchini might well be another the club could be tempted to move on. Bianchini didn't make a single start under the Irishman, and just eight league games overall, despite showing some encouraging glimpses in the number nine role. A new striker is likely to be on the agenda at some point, with Bobby Wales largely seen as a player for the future. But their efforts to bring one or two more on board may well depend on whether they can move Jerry Yates on in this window. The club have already sold Mykola Kuharevich this summer, and it seems likely they will entertain offers for the former Blackpool man, who enjoyed a reasonably successful loan spell at Derby County last season. The Rams were previously interested in another move, but Paul Warne's departure seemingly scuppered those plans. Derby's capture of Carlton Morris may well confirm they have no intention of returning for Yates, but an exit could nevertheless still happen should the right suitor emerge. Sign up to the Swansea City WhatsApp service to get breaking news and top stories sent to your phone Swansea have already assessed possible options to come in, including former striker Oli McBurnie, although it's understood they've not made any sort of approach for the Scotland striker, and have merely placed his name on a list among several others. Hull currently seem well placed to get a move done at this stage, although nothing seems to be agreed. Article continues below Finally, there's still the possibility the Swans may look to get another defender on board. The eye-catching capture of Cameron Burgess has gone a long way to filling the Harry Darling-shaped hole in Swansea's backline. After a saga that lasted the best part of six months, Darling chose to return to his native East Anglia by signing for former boss Liam Manning at Norwich City. Ricardo Santos has also come on board too, but there's a feeling Swansea could still use more depth in the heart of the defence, and indeed in the full-back/wingback area. There's subsequently a preference for someone who can cover in both areas if possible.

Swansea City announce first summer signing in early statement of intent
Swansea City announce first summer signing in early statement of intent The Swans have moved quickly to get their summer business under way and have announced their first signing of the window Swansea City signing Zeidane Inoussa (Image: Swansea City ) Swansea City have wasted little time in getting their summer transfer plans under way, with the club having announced the signing of Zeidane Inoussa. The 22-year-old winger has joined from Swedish club BK Hacken for an undisclosed fee, however it is understood that the Swans have forked out what has been described as a "significant" sum. Inoussa represents Alan Sheehan's first piece of business since being appointed head coach on a permanent basis, with the Irishman wanting to continue the club's excellent end-of-season form into next term. Head coach Sheehan said: 'It's important that we carry this season's momentum into next, and getting our first signing done this early is great. I'm looking forward to working with Zeidane. "We want to be an aggressive team with and without the ball, and we believe he has all the attributes to do that and to make us better.' The Sweden under-21 international left Stockholm in 2019 to join French outfit Caen. While with the Normandy club, he enjoyed loan spells in Spain with Real Murcia and Valencia CF Mestalla, the Spanish giants' reserve team. Sign up to our Swansea City newsletter here Article continues below He returned to his boyhood club, Brommapojkarna, in Sweden, in 2023 before being snapped up by top-flight outfit BK Hacken last season. He has impressed in the Allsvenskan, scoring 11 goals and providing seven assists in all competitions for the club and catching the eye in the process. Director of football Richard Montague expressed his delight at starting the summer transfer business so early and believes the left-winger will add real quality, saying: 'Zeidane gives us something different to what we've had this season. "We hope that he's a player who will get fans off their seats. "We're delighted to have completed this deal so early, and we believe it will help us to hit the ground running in August.' Inoussa, who will officially sign on July 1, will be joined in SA1 this summer by his compatriot Melker Widell, who agreed a move in the last transfer window before being loaned back to his Danish club, AaB, until the end of the campaign. For Sheehan, getting his ducks in a row is paramount for continuing the positive momentum which he built up in the final months of the season, offering stability and impressive results following Luke Williams' dismissal. This summer, he will have the opportunity to build the squad in his own vision, to an extent, and ensure the club can hit the ground running on the first day of the Championship season. "A good pre-season is key," he said in his first interview after being given the job permanently. "We're going to have new faces, and there will be people obviously leaving the building so it will be somewhat of a new group. "We've been working already with Adam (Worth), Richard (Montague) and James (Morgan-Snowley) in meetings and they're really determined to put a competitive team in place for the Championship, and recruit some players that fit in with what we want to do. Article continues below "We want to be a very competitive team in the Championship, which we have been now for a while. So we want to build on that and make it better and tweak little improvements all over the place." Sign up to the Swansea City WhatsApp service to get breaking news and top stories sent to your phone
