Now her mum, Diane Whitlock, took to her own Instagram to share her thoughts about the tragic news. "Good morning everyone. So I woke up this morning and it was a new day and I get out of bed and then I remembered Phoenix being born and his soul had already taken flight and I thought to myself people will say that life is so cruel," Diane said in a video. "But what if we have to walk the path we walk to learn what we need to learn because I believe that everything happens for a reason and I have to believe that." Diane added in the caption: "A special thought to beautiful Phoenix as his soul finds peace. "Life is cruel, but we have to keep going and keep following our path." Kelsey lost her childhood sweetheart husband Tom in 2022 aged 33 following a brain tumour diagnosis. She shares two children, five-year-old Aurelia and Bodhi, four, with The Wanted star. Kelsey went public with her new relationship in September last year, saying she knew her late husband would 'send the right man for her.' The 34-year-old excitedly revealed her pregnancy in January before being pictured ring shopping with her tree surgeon boyfriend, 27, earlier this month. Will, who is a 27-year-old tree surgeon from Kent, has helped Kelsey through her grief, as the podcast star is often seen gushing about their relationship online - although Will tends to live a life away from the spotlight. The couple met the 'old fashioned way' through mutual friends on a night out in Kent, as the star previously revealed on ITV's Lorraine that she decided not to go down the dating app route due to fear that people would think she'd prematurely 'moved on' from Tom, after his death. She told host Ranvir Singh: "We met out with friends, he was out with a group of boys and I was out with a group of girls and we just had a connection." "I just wanted to meet someone authentic. I couldn't have done dating app, I was so scared and it was the judgement from people about moving on and meeting someone, but everyone's so supportive," she shared. It is said that the pair bonded over grief - Kelsey with the loss of Tom, and Will sadly lost his father when he was just 21-years-old. Previously speaking to Mail Online, Kelsey said he "understands grief" and what the mum of two is going through and is a "pillar of strength' for her. The couple's relationship went from strength to strength and Will gradually moved into Kelsey's home, when it 'felt right' for them both. The pair's relationship only strengthened, when they announced their pregnancy in January this year. Kelsey, who already has two children with late husband Tom - Aurelia, five and Bodhi, four - believed Tom had given her and Will his "blessing." Just weeks before the tragic news of their stillbirth, Kelsey shared her appreciation for Will in an Instagram post, stating she was "full of gratitude" for him and thanked Will for all his help with her young children. She included a series of loved-up snaps of the couple, including a picture of Will with Aurelia and Bodhi. Her caption read: "Appreciation post. I know you're not a fan of being on my social media, but I can't help it -this moment deserves to be shared." "We're just a month away from meeting our baby, and I'm so full of gratitude.
