STARZ streaming deal: Save 66% on your first year

STARZ may be one of the more affordable streaming services out there, but that doesn't mean it isn't packed with amazing content. The streamer will keep you endlessly entertained with hits like "Outlander," "Minx," "The White Queen," and more. Plus, you can save even more on a subscription if you take advantage of the current STARZ deal. Right now, STARZ is offering new subscribers one year of streaming for just $23.99 if they opt for the annual payment plan or three months for $3.99 a month if they opt for the monthly payment plan. While this isn't the first time STARZ has offered this discount on the annual plan, we have yet to see the streamer advertise a lower price, so you can rest easy knowing you're getting the best deal possible. In addition to a wide selection of hit series, a subscription will also give you access to popular movies like "M3GAN," "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," "Guardians of the Galaxy," and more. Check out our full STARZ guide to learn more about content, pricing, and bundle options. Keep in mind that the current discount is only valid for the first year of your subscription if you choose the annual plan or the first three months if you choose the monthly plan. The annual deal also requires you to pay for the full year upfront. Once the deal window has passed, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-standard price (right now, that's $69.99 a year for the annual plan or $10.99 a month for the monthly plan). That said, you can cancel at any time. STARZ deal frequently asked questions Can current STARZ subscribers get the discount? The current STARZ deal is valid for new subscriptions only. Previous STARZ subscribers can still claim the discount if they cancel their current subscription and resubscribe. Does STARZ offer a free trial? At the time of writing, STARZ does not offer a free trial on its website. However, you can get a weeklong free trial of the service if you subscribe through another streaming app like Hulu or Prime Video. Keep in mind that you won't be eligible for the current STARZ discount unless you subscribe directly through the STARZ website. Should I get the monthly or annual STARZ deal? If you plan to keep your STARZ subscription long term, the annual deal is a much better value. For reference, if you opt for the monthly deal but choose to keep your subscription for a full year, you'll pay $110.88 for the year as opposed to the $23.99 if you choose the annual plan to begin with. That said, the annual deal requires you to pre-pay for all 12 months, so the monthly deal may be a better choice if you don't plan to keep the subscription for more than three months. HBO Reveals First Cast Members for "Harry Potter" Series

Yara Sameh HBO has confirmed the first cast members for the highly-anticipated 'Harry Potter' TV series. The cast now includes the following series regulars: John Lithgow ('Conclave,' 'The Crown') as Albus Dumbledore, Janet McTeer ('Tumbleweeds,' 'The White Queen') as Minerva McGonagall, Paapa Essiedu ('I May Destroy You,' 'Gangs of London') as Severus Snape, and Nick Frost ('Shaun of the Dead,' 'Hot Fuzz') as Rubeus Hagrid. It had previously been reported that all four actors were in talks for the show. In addition, Luke Thallon (Tom Stoppard's 'Leopoldstadt,' Rupert Goold's 'Patriots') has joined in the recurring role of Quirinus Quirrell. Paul Whitehouse ('The Fast Show,' 'Harry & Paul') will appear in the recurring role of Argus Filch. 'We are happy to announce the casting of John Lithgow, Janet McTeer, Paapa Essiedu, Nick Frost, Luke Thallon and Paul Whitehouse to play Dumbledore, McGonagall, Snape, Hagrid, Quirrell and Filch,' said Francesca Gardiner, showrunner and executive producer, and Mark Mylod, director of multiple episodes and executive producer. 'We're delighted to have such extraordinary talent onboard, and we can't wait to see them bring these beloved characters to new life.' These are the first confirmed actors for the highly-anticipated series. When it comes to the main roles — Harry, Ron, and Hermione — HBO launched an open casting call in the fall, with over 30,000 submissions. The show is expected to begin filming this summer. HBO is describing the show as a 'faithful adaptation' of the globally recognized J.K. Rowling book series. 'Exploring every corner of the wizarding world, each season will bring 'Harry Potter' and its incredible adventures to new and existing audiences,' per the official description. The series is written and executive produced by Gardiner, who also serves as showrunner. Mylod will executive produce and direct multiple episodes of the series for HBO in association with Brontë Film and TV and Warner Bros. Television. The series is executive produced by Rowling, Neil Blair, and Ruth Kenley-Letts of Brontë Film and TV, and David Heyman of Heyday Films. read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Egypt confirms denial of airspace access to US B-52 bombers News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Lifestyle Pistachio and Raspberry Cheesecake Domes Recipe News Australia Fines Telegram $600,000 Over Terrorism, Child Abuse Content Arts & Culture Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's $4.7M LA Home Burglarized Videos & Features Bouchra Dahlab Crowned Miss Arab World 2025 ..
