New Delhi: Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry confirmed their split after weeks of speculation. "Due to the abundance of recent interest and conversation surrounding Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry's relationship, representatives have confirmed that Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on co-parenting," the former couple's representatives told Page Six on Thursday. What's Happening The statement added, "They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is - and always will be - raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect." Speculation about a rift in their relationship was doing the rounds after Orlando Bloom shared intriguing quotes from Swiss psychiatrist and psychotherapist Carl Jung. "Loneliness does not come from having no people about one, but from being unable to communicate that seem important to oneself," a quote read. "Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word happy would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness," a second quote read. Earlier, reports claimed that the stars decided to call it quits last month. "It's not contentious at the moment. Katy is of course upset but is relieved to not have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst time in her life," an inside source added. Things had been "tense" between the couple for months, added the source. Rumours of a rift in their relationship gained a momentum after Bloom was spotted partying with friends Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez at their lavish wedding last week. Perry, on the other hand, skipped the highly publicized wedding. Relationship Timeline Perry, 40, and Bloom, 48, first met at the Golden Globes afterparty in 2016. In 2019, the Thinking of You singer got engaged to Bloom on Valentine's Day. They welcomed their daughter, Daisy Dove - their only child together - on August 26, the following year. Katy Perry reacts as fan storms stage during concert: 'What the hell is going on?!'
A fan really didn't want to go-oh after storming the stage during a recent Katy Perry concert. When Perry was performing her hit song "Hot N Cold" at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia, on Monday night, a fan rushed onto the stage to dance next to her. The singer appeared visibly shocked in a fan video posted to social media as the man put his arm around her and began jumping up and down. After freezing for a second, Perry spun around to create distance from the man as she kept singing the lyrics to "Hot N Cold." The stage crasher then began to perform the floss dance move before security rushed onstage to escort him off. As the man resisted, Perry said into the microphone, "Well, there's never going to be another show like it, so just enjoy it, Sydney." She sang a few more lyrics before shouting into the mic, "What the hell is going on?!" This is just the latest concert mishap for the singer throughout her tour, after she nearly suffered a major wardrobe malfunction while performing at the Las Vegas stop when the clasp on her bejeweled brassiere appeared to break. "Oh s‑‑‑, my bra's gonna come off," Perry said to the crowd. Eventually, she called to an assistant in the wings named Patrick to "put my bra back on." Last month, Perry abruptly stopped performing midsong at her Houston stop to call out the haters on social media who had been making fun of the way she over-enunciated her words in her 2008 ballad "Thinking of You." As fans in the crowd sang the song's lyrics at her during a break, Perry looked directly at them captured in videos posted to TikTok. "I'm not going to do it," she said. But then she launched directly into the second verse of "Thinking of You," which recently went viral on TikTok as users filmed themselves lip-synching, "You're like an Indian summer in the middle of winter, like a hard candy with a surprise center," while making exaggerated, hilarious facial expressions. During the concert, Perry sang those exact lines, complete with exaggerated facial expressions of her own. But she cut it off after the words "candy with a" to declare to the crowd, "I don't sing like that."Perry is currently on the Australian leg of her Lifetimes World Tour, during which she has been performing the music from her seventh studio album, 143, since April. Katy Perry says she had botox shortly after arriving in Australia. The 40-year-old pop star opened her Lifetimes Tour at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney on Wednesday night and admitted to her audience she had been struggling with jetlag, particularly because her and Orlando Bloom's four-year-old daughter Daisy had been waking her up at 5am, but joked any visible signs of tiredness weren't there because she'd had the wrinkle-smoothing injections. 'You can't tell I'm tired because I got fresh botox for Australia,' she told the crowd. Katy also made her audience laugh when she called for her assistant to come on stage and help her unzip her costume. She explained she was struggling with the garment 'because I've been eating too many Tim Tams'. During the Choose Your Own Adventure segment of the show, the Teenage Dream hitmaker who will be performing another 14 shows Down Under this month — invited a group of young fans on stage to sing Thinking of You with her, including one boy in a shark costume, which referenced her infamous Left Shark dancer during her 2015 Super Bowl halftime show. And that wasn't Katy's only interaction with her young fans, as at one point, she bent down from the stage to thank one supporter for 'waiting for five hours' to secure a spot on the front row. This isn't the first time Katy has confessed to having botox treatments. Last month, a satirical headline by the Onion joked Katy would be releasing a song called Stop Making Fun of Me alongside a photo of Katy taken in Melbourne last year. She quipped on Instagram in response: 'This photo is clearly photoshopped I would never let my botox go that long, do better The Onion!' Katy recently spoke of how much joy her audience brings her, particularly as she has faced a backlash largely due to her participation in Blue Origin's recent all-female space flight, as well as for working with controversial producer Dr Luke — who has been accused of abuse by Kesha — and also faced mocking over the choreography on her Lifetimes tour.
