I belong to the Pioneer Generation and am not savvy enough to claim my $800 in SG60 vouchers online, especially with my failing eyesight.
So I visited Toa Payoh Central Community Club on a Saturday morning to queue for my vouchers.
The ambience was pleasant, with chairs arranged neatly for the senior citizens, and I was happy to be among them in an air-conditioned hall. There were six counters and one for the feeble and those in wheelchairs.
The waiting time was about half an hour, and I then received my vouchers within 10 minutes.
Kudos to the diligent team for the pleasant and hassle-free experience.
