GT Communications' Gemma Tognini says it is an 'absolute disgrace' for CNN host Jake Tapper to write a book about former US president Joe Biden's decision to run for re-election. Ms Tognini claims the authors committed a 'terrible offence to the American Voter'. 'Because their job as journalists … is to report the truth without fear of favour,' Ms Tognini told Sky News host Chris Kenny. 'Particularly when you're talking about the capacity of him to lead. 'I don't think any of these people should be working in their roles anymore, they've broken trust with the American public.'

GT Communications' Gemma Tognini says Muslims in support of Greens candidates represent a 'clash of beliefs'. 'My take on it was that I didn't feel threatened, but I would say maybe a little bit concerned, but not because of what the gentleman said, Australia is a free country' Ms Tognini said. 'And you're quite right, the Palestinian territories, the disputed territories are not free, they don't have elections there. 'I don't think the Greens celebrate and support the same values that most, even moderate Muslims would hold around sexuality, and same sex marriage, and gender diversity. 'There'd be a fairly swift intersection, or a clash of beliefs where that's concerned.'
