Diddy's criminal case is over, but rapper still faces dozens of civil suits packed with disturbing claims
The saga continues. A Manhattan jury cleared Sean 'Diddy' Combs of the most serious charges in his federal sex-trafficking trial but he still faces scores of civil lawsuits – where the burden of proof is lower than in criminal cases. Diddy, 55, is staring down the barrel of 66 civil lawsuits, according to Vulture, a woman who compared his erect penis to a 'Tootsie Roll.' 3 Sean 'Diddy' Combs appears in court. Central to his criminal trial was the rapper's alleged penchant for raucous 'freak-off' parties, marathon sex romps rife with drugs and often infamously featuring a kiddie pool full of heated baby oil. The civil suits also come packed with salacious claims. Many claimed they were drugged by Combs or his associates before being forced to engage in sex acts, some while attending one of his lavish parties or taking part in an audition. Another suit filed by Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones Jr., a Chicago record producer, alleges Diddy enlisted him to acquire drugs and prostitutes to 'perform sex acts to the pleasure of Mr. Combs.' Follow the latest on Sean 'Diddy' Combs' federal sex-trafficking trial: One anonymous filing under the pseudonym John Doe claims Diddy angrily grabbed his buttocks in 2006 while he was a male model auditioning to be in a music video under the rapper's record label, Bad Boy Entertainment. He's also being sued by the co-founder of the label, Kirk Burrowes, who claims in his suit that he was regularly forced to watch Diddy engage in sex acts with interns, employees and prospective artists. He also alleged Combs demanded he watch him masturbate and ordered him to hire more gay male interns. Burrowes says in 1996 he was threatened with violence when Combs allegedly stormed into his office demanding he sign over his 25% stake in the label. Justin Gooch, who filed a civil suit against Diddy earlier this year, claims he was 16 years old in 1999 when the rapper plied him with ecstasy pills, ketamine and alcohol before raping him in a bathroom stall. 3 Diddy also is being sued by the co-founder of the label, Kirk Burrowes, who claims that he was regularly forced to watch Diddy engage in sex acts with interns, employees and prospective artists. These cases represent just a smattering of the civil suits Diddy and his lawyers will have to navigate in the months and years ahead. Diddy's criminal case came to a close Wednesday as he was acquitted of the most serious charges — racketeering and sex trafficking — which could have seen him in prison for the rest of his life. He was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. Former federal prosecutor Mitchell Epner told The Post Diddy is likely to face a mere 15-21 months in prison for his conviction, rather than years, when he's sentenced in a few months. Since he's been in jail for nearly 10 months already, Epner said he could potentially have already served much of his time by the time the sentence is handed down.

The suit, obtained by TMZ , states that the woman met him in May and hung out with him at least three other times without incident at his studio, restaurants, and nightclubs. But things took a turn in July when they headed back to his apartment after a night of clubbing. Doe claims he took her to his bedroom, locked the door, and pushed her onto the bed while grabbing her throat. 'I'm going to suck the life out of you,' he reportedly told her. In the lawsuit she remembers feeling 'relieved' that the assault wouldn't hurt much, because when he dropped his pants his penis 'appeared to be the length and girth of a large Tootsie Roll,' later referring to it as a 'an itty-bitty Diddy.' Still, s he said she yelled and pleaded with him to stop, but he proceeded to force himself on her. After the terrifying encounter, she and her friend were driven home by her staff. Doe says Diddy called her several times afterwards, even inviting her to his white party, but she refused and says she's had to undergo psychotherapy after suffering from Diddy's 'physical abuse, emotional abuse, trauma, injury, and psychological damage.' The accusations Diddy is facing are extremely serious, but one person who continues to make light of the mogul's downfall is long-term rival 50 Cent. The fellow New York rapper, posted a screenshot of the Tootsie Roll section of the lawsuit to his Instagram, along with a caption that read, 'Toosie Roll, Toosie Roll, to the left to the left to the right to the right to the front to the front to the back to the back now slide. Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been accused of raping a woman with his 'Tootsie Roll'-sized penis in a bombshell new lawsuit. The woman, identified as Jane Doe, claims she met the Bad Boys Records founder in May 2001 and hung out with him several times at nightclubs, a restaurant and his NYC recording studio, according to court documents obtained by TMZ Wednesday. She claims nothing inappropriate occurred until that July when Combs took her back to his apartment after a night at the club and locked her in his bedroom. The music mogul allegedly pushed her onto the bed, put his hand around her throat and said, 'I'm going to suck the life out of you.' The woman claims Combs, now 55, then released his grip and unbuckled his pants to reveal his 'erect bare-skinned penis which appeared to be the length and girth of a large Tootsie Roll.' Per TMZ, she says in the lawsuit that she was 'relieved' by the alleged size of the 'I'll Be Missing You' rapper's manhood, claiming she knew intercourse would not hurt because he lacked 'length and girth' and had 'an itty-bitty Diddy.' According to the outlet, the woman claims she underwent psychotherapy to help deal with the trauma following the alleged rape. She's seeking damages after allegedly suffering emotional and physical abuse, trauma and psychological damage. Reps for Combs did not immediately respond to Page Six's request for comment about the rape accusation. The 'Last Night' rapper has denied all allegations of sexual misconduct. 'No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor,' his attorneys said in a previous statement. 'We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.' The civil lawsuit from Jane Doe was filed amid Combs' ongoing sex-trafficking trial, which began May 5 in New York City.

She is now seeking damages, accusing Combs of physical and emotional abuse, as well as rape . Combs is currently facing a separate trial in Manhattan federal court for alleged sex trafficking and racketeering, where Cassie Ventura , one of Diddy's former girlfriends, is also testifying against him on charges of domestic abuse and violent behaviour.
