WWE Superstar Dominik Mysterio received one of the loudest receptions of any wrestler ever on his return to AAA on Sunday as the son of the legendary Rey Mysterio offered a glimpse of his own fan following.
During the telly taping of the show in Mexico, Hijo Del Vikingo issued an open challenge that was answered by Dragon Lee, before El Grande Americano interrupted.
The mega champion acknowledged the mixed reaction from the crowd. Although Vikingo doesn't have the full approval of the fans, there is a percentage that supports him. He wrestles with pride as a Mexican. Vikingo claimed to be the best mega champion that AAA has had. His first title run lasted 833 days before vacating due to injury. Vikingo then issued an open challenge.
But a man clad in a hooligan mask made his way to the middle and owned the ring for himself before revealing himself to be Dirty Dom, sending the crowd into a frenzy.

The event set things up perfectly for Hijo del Vikingo to defend his Megacampeonato in a four-waybattle against Dragon Lee, El Grande Americano, and Dominik Mysterio at the highly-anticipated Triplemania XXXIII on August 16 in Mexico City.
