‘Totally Unhinged': Trump Ripped After Bizarre Attack On Lawmaker's ‘Ugly Face'

President Donald Trump on Wednesday launched a wild attack on Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), calling the lawmaker a 'DOPE,' 'TOTAL LOSER,' and a 'bad politician.' He also said Raskin has an 'ugly face.' Trump's tirade came shortly after Raskin appeared on MSNBC, where he spoke about a report indicating that the president wasn't aware that his signature 'big, beautiful bill' would cut Medicaid until a Republican lawmaker pointed it out to him earlier in the day. Raskin said there's a lot of discussion on the floor of the House over just how much Trump knows about his own bill and whether he's 'out of it.' Yet most GOP lawmakers support the bill anyway, even those who aren't happy with it themselves. 'All of these people have gotten in line despite their own misgivings because Trump is leading the way ― but Trump might not even understand what's in the bill,' Raskin said. 'So it's a very dangerous moment when you think about what democracy is, and it doesn't speak well for what has become of the Republican Party.' Yet not everyone in the Republican caucus has backed the bill, and as a key vote stalled late Wednesday, Trump attacked Raskin on Truth Social: Raskin brushed it off during an interview on MSNBC. 'I suppose I don't mind being called a loser several times by Donald Trump, given that he's our only president who has lost the popular vote for president in two different elections,' he told Lawrence O'Donnell. 'And the last time, when he lost by more than 7 million votes to Joe Biden, it upset him so much that he incited an insurrection against the Constitution, against his own vice president, and against the Congress of the United States.' He also had a response to Trump calling him 'ugly.' 'I suppose I don't like being called ugly by Donald Trump, but not everybody can live up to his exquisite levels of handsomeness and personal physical grace,' he said. Trump's critics on X also fired back at the president: House Republicans Hold Out Against Trump Tax Bill For Hours, Then Cave Big, Blundering Typo Kicked Off Trump's 'Big, Beautiful Bill' Meeting With GOP Rep. Russia warns Trump has opened 'Pandora's box' with strike on Iran

Russia last night warned Donald Trump had opened 'Pandora's box' after the US President launched a 'bunker buster' raid on Iran 's nuclear programme - as the Iranian regime arrived in Moscow for talks. Trump said the audacious attack by a squadron of stealth bombers in the early hours of yesterday had 'taken the bomb right out of [Tehran's] hands'. But Moscow 's United Nations ambassador Vassily Nebenzia issued an ominous warning at an emergency meeting of the Security Council as he said: 'No one knows what new catastrophes and suffering it will bring.' It comes amid fears Iran will launch terror attacks on the West in revenge and as Iran's foreign minister arrives in Moscow for talks with Vladimir Putin. And he claimed Russia had offered mediation talks to find a peaceful and mutually agreeable solution to Iran's nuclear program, but the US, especially its leaders, are 'clearly not interested in diplomacy today'. 'Unless we stop the escalation,' Nebenzia warned, 'the Middle East will find itself on the verge of a large-scale conflict with unpredictable consequences for the entire international security system, plus the entire world might end up on the verge of a nuclear disaster .' Trump has sensationally called for a regime change in Iran as he held crisis talks with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Sunday. The US president took to his Truth Social page to share updates about the country's military attacks on Iran, when he suggested that the current regime 'is unable to MAKE IRAN GREAT AGAIN'. 'Why wouldn't there be a regime change,' Trump asked, rhetorically - even as he and Starmer urged Ayatollah Khameini to 'return to the negotiating table as soon as possible.' Russian ex-president Dmitriy Medvedev claimed in a post on X/Twitter early on Sunday that the US strikes on three sites in Isfahan, Natanz, and Fordow had backfired and led to the opposite result from what Trump had set out to achieve. Medvedev claimed: 'Enrichment of nuclear material - and, now we can say it outright, the future production of nuclear weapons - will continue.' Medvedev, who has served as President of Russia from 2008 to 2012, further stated that 'Iran's political regime has survived - and in all likelihood, has come out even stronger'. He continued to claim that Iranians are 'rallying around the country's spiritual leadership, including those who were previously indifferent or opposed to it'. His anti-US and pro-Iran social media rant was posted in English and broken down into ten points - gathering more than three million views. There are fears Britain and other allies could face a terror backlash from the regime's supporters. Seven B-2 stealth bombers swept into Iranian airspace undetected yesterday, dropping 14 'bunker-buster' bombs on nuclear facilities as the US joined Israel in the biggest Western military action against the Islamic Republic since its 1979 revolution. The UK was informed of the mission, codenamed Operation Midnight Hammer, but played no part. Cabinet minister Jonathan Reynolds last night warned that Iranian activity in the UK was already substantial, and it was 'naive' to think it won't escalate. Britain's military bases in the region, such as RAF Akrotiri on Cyprus, were on the highest state of alert last night for revenge attacks, including by Iranian swarm drones. Defence Secretary John Healey said: 'The safety of UK personnel and bases is my top priority. Force protection is at its highest level and we deployed additional jets [to Cyprus] this week.' Other experts warned of a 'new era of terrorism' and US Vice President J D Vance said the FBI and law enforcement were on alert for threats on American soil. Sir Keir Starmer and President Trump discussed the need for Iran to return to the negotiating table in a phone call last night, No 10 said. In an address to the nation as the B-2s were flying home, Mr Trump said: 'Our objective was the destruction of Iran's nuclear enrichment capacity and a stop to the nuclear threat posed by the world's number one state sponsor of terror. 'Tonight, I can report to the world that the strikes were a spectacular military success. Iran's key nuclear enrichment facilities have been completely and totally obliterated. Iran, the bully of the Middle East, must now make peace. 'If they do not, future attacks would be far greater and a lot easier.' President Trump boasted the US had 'taken the bomb right out of their hands (and they would use it if they could!)', while his Secretary of State Marco Rubio claimed the US had offered Iran a civil nuclear programme but 'they rejected it'. He added: 'They played us. They wouldn't respond to our offers. They disappeared for ten days. The President had to take action as a response. 'We are not declaring war on Iran. We're not looking for war in Iran. But if they attack us, I think we have the capabilities they haven't even seen yet.' Last night, despite widespread calls to de- escalate , Iran president Masoud Pezeshkian said the US 'must receive a response for their aggression'. And a senior adviser to Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, warned: 'There will no longer be any place for the presence of the United States and its bases' in the region. Abbas Araghaci, Iran's foreign minister who described the US government as 'lawless and warmongering', is expected to meet Putin in Moscow today to discuss how to respond. Speaking hours after the US strikes, Business Secretary Mr Reynolds told Sky News the risk from Iran in the UK was 'not hypothetical'. He said: 'There is not a week goes by without some sort of Iranian cyber-attack on a key part of the UK's critical national infrastructure. 'There is Iranian activity on the streets of the UK , which is wholly unacceptable. 'It's already at a significant level. I think it would be naive to say that that wouldn't potentially increase.'

"Completely and totally obliterated", says US President Trump after bombing Iran nuke sites

Washington DC : US President Donald Trump said that country has carried out a "very successful attack" on three Iranian nuclear facilities- Fordow, Natanz and Esfahan Trump's announcement comes just two days after saying he had opened a two-week window for diplomacy. "Our objective was the destruction of Iran's nuclear enrichment capacity and a stop to the nuclear threat posed by the world's number one state sponsor of terror," Trump said in remarks from the White House. "Tonight, I can report to the world that the strikes were a spectacular military success," he said. Hours earlier, taking to his Truth Social platform, Trump said that the US had bombed the three Iranian nuclear facilities and in his address from the White House on Saturday night (local time), Trump said those facilities "have been completely and totally obliterated" thereby meeting the objective to stop the "nuclear threat". After his remarks at the White House. Trump in his Truth Social post warned that any retaliation from Iran would be met with "force far greater than what was witnessed tonight." "This cannot continue. There will be either peace or there will be tragedy for Iran far greater than we have witnessed over the last eight days," Trump said. "Remember, there are many targets left. Tonight's was the most difficult of them all, by far, and perhaps the most lethal. But if peace does not come quickly we will go after those other targets with precision, speed and skill." US Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State, Marco Rubio and Secretary of Defence, Pete Hegseth were present when Trump made his on-camera remarks from The White House. "A short time ago the US military carried out massive precision strikes on the three key nuclear facilities in the Iranian regime- Fordow, Natanz and Esfahan. Everybody heard those names for years as they built this horribly destructive enterprise." He added, "Our objective was the destruction of Iran's nuclear enrichment capacity and a stop to the nuclear threat posed by the world's number one state sponsor of terror. Tonight I can report to the world that the strikes were a spectacular military success." The US President said, "Iran's key nuclear enrichment facilities have been completely and totally obliterated." Terming Iran as the "Bully of Middle East", he said that the country must make peace, and if it doesn't, the "future attacks would be far greater and a lot easier." "We have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan. All planes are now outside of Iran air space. A full payload of BOMBS was dropped on the primary site, Fordow. All planes are safely on their way home," Trump had stated on his platform, Truth Social. "Congratulations to our great American Warriors. There is not another military in the World that could have done this. NOW IS THE TIME FOR PEACE! Thank you for your attention to this matter," he added. The underground site at Fordow and the larger Natanz plant were Iran's two primary uranium enrichment facilities, out of which Natanz had already been hit by Israel with smaller weapons earlier in the week, the New York Times reported. The conflict between Israel and Iran entered its ninth day on Saturday, with the US now joining in support of Israel. The conflict started after Israel, on June 13, launched a massive airstrike on Iranian military and nuclear sites, dubbed "Operation Rising Lion." In response, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) launched a large-scale drone and missile operation, 'Operation True Promise 3', targeting Israeli fighter jet fuel production facilities and energy supply centres.

Trump launches volcanic tirade on 'jerk' TV reporter in angriest ever Oval Office attack on media

President Donald Trump launched a furious attack on NBC's 'jerk' reporter Peter Alexander on Wednesday during the same Oval Office session where he shamed South Africa 's president for an alleged 'white genocide.' Alexander was among the members of the White House press pool who filed into the Oval Office to see Trump's dramatic attack on South African President Cyril Ramaphosa. Trump rolled clips that he said showcased the graves of dead white farmers and showcased video of a South African politician singing 'Shoot the Boer, Shoot the farmer,' an anti-apartheid tune that white Afrikaner lobby groups have tried to get banned. As a subplot, the U.S. president threw several verbal bombs toward Alexander, who started off the Q&A by asking Trump why the U.S. was welcoming white South Africans and not Afghan and Venezuelan refugees. 'Well, this is a group, NBC, that is truly fake news,' Trump replied. Trump really lost it on the veteran journalist when he asked about the Qatari plane being given to the Department of Defense directly after Trump rolled the video clips showing 'white genocide.'' 'It's NBC trying to get off the subject of what you just saw,' Trump complained. 'No. 1, you don't have what it takes to be a reporter, you're not smart enough. For you go onto a subject that - a jet that was given to the United States Air Force, which was a very nice thing,' the president continued. 'You ought to go back to your studio at NBC.' He then called on those running the network to be investigated. 'You are a disgrace, no more questions from you!' Trump told Alexander. The insults continued throughout the 63 minutes the press was allowed into the meeting with Ramaphosa. 'There are all white farmers being buried and he asks about a jet that was given. You outta be ashamed of yourself. You are so bad, you're such a bad reporter,' Trump chided. The news had broken earlier Wednesday that the Pentagon had officially accepted the luxury Boeing jet from the Qataris to be turned into a temporary Air Force One. The deal was first reported ahead of Trump's trip to the Middle East last week to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. A number of watchdog groups and security experts have raised concerns about how a jet made for Qatar's royal family could be retrofitted into an Air Force One - which essentially needs to be a flying Situation Room. '"So why did they gave us a plane to the United States Air Force?" that's what that idiot talks about after viewing a thing where thousands of people are dead,' Trump said. Ramaphosa used the moment as an opportunity to take the tone down in the room. 'I'm sorry I don't have a plane to give you,' the South African leader joked.
