From 'Pinoy Big Pares' to 'The Big Carnival Concert': The tasks and challenges in 'PBB: Celebrity Collab Edition'
Aside from showcasing the personalities of the housemates, "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition" also highlighted their competitive spirit and determination as they faced various tasks and challenges inside Bahay ni Kuya.
Here is a complete summary of weekly tasks, duo battles, and other challenges the housemates faced inside the house.
Weekly tasks
Twinkle Twinkle Big Star
Paired as duos, the housemates were tasked to use two oversized batteries to keep a "big star" illuminated by correctly positioning them on specific contact points located around the frame in front of the star. They were allowed no more than eight errors during the challenge. If a duo—either one or both members—made a mistake, they would be eliminated from the weekly task.
Task leaders: Ashley Ortega and Ivana Alawi
Result: Passed

The housemates are required to develop and produce a short film showcasing Esnyr's nine characters, each appearing in different scenes and settings. To successfully complete the task, they must deliver a seamless one-shot film lasting between 18 minutes and 18 minutes and 59 seconds, with no errors.
Task leaders: Mika Salamanca and Brent Manalo
Result: Failed
Pinoy Big Pares
The housemates were challenged to prepare, cook, and sell two types of food—pares and tokwa't baboy—over two consecutive days, March 27 and 28, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. To succeed, they needed to double their initial capital of P20,000. By the end of the task, they had impressively earned P82,000 from selling pares alone.
Task leaders: Esnyr and Dustin Yu
Result: Passed
Rampa Apmar
With the guidance of house guest Michelle Dee, the housemates took on a unique fashion challenge at the end of the week. They had to confidently walk backward on a narrow runway while showcasing two self-designed outfits: an outer cloak symbolizing common misconceptions about them, and an inner garment that revealed their true selves. Each housemate was allowed a maximum of five mistakes throughout the challenge.
Task leaders: Ralph De Leon and AZ Martinez
Result: Failed
Twin Towers of Love
Divided into two teams, the housemates were tasked with building a five-foot-tall tower of cups on a suspended platform shaped like half a heart. Each team had to carefully carry their platform to the center of the pool, where the two halves would join to form a complete heart. To win the challenge, the housemates needed to complete both towers and successfully unite the heart within 100 minutes—and ensure it remained intact for at least 10 seconds.
Task leaders: Michael Sager and River Joseph
Result: Passed
When You Say Nothing At All
In this task, only one group—either the male or female housemates—is allowed to speak at any given time. A traffic light system is used to indicate who can talk:
Red light – male housemates are not allowed to speak
Yellow light – female housemates are not allowed to speak
Green light – all housemates may choose to remain silent
If anyone breaks the rule and speaks when they are not allowed to, 20 hours will be deducted from the group's total allotted time.
Task leaders: Will Ashley and Klarisse de Guzman
Result: Failed
Flip or Flop
In this task, the duos must flip a total number of bottles based on the nomination points that week: Emilio & Michael (5), Dustin & Ralph (5), and Brent & Vince (13). Only one duo can flip bottles at a time, and if any upright bottle falls, it will be deducted from the total. If they successfully flip at least 12 bottles by the third day, they earn 50% of the weekly budget; flipping all 23 bottles wins them the full budget.
Task leaders: Vince Maristela and Emilio Daez
Result: Passed
Shoot Para sa Sulat
Housemates are split into two groups based on skill level: starters, who use mini-sized equipment, and bench players, who use regular-sized equipment. To win the task, they must collectively shoot 1,779 baskets, representing 70% of the total 2,541 words across all the letters written for them. Additionally, to unlock a letter, the housemates must score a number of baskets equal to the word count of that specific letter.
Task leaders: Xyriel Manabat and Josh Ford
Result: Passed
Picture With Feelings

The nominated housemates must secretly capture three clear photos showing specific emotions from selected housemates: disgust from Esnyr, crying with tears from Mika, and anger from River. To keep the task hidden, the non-nominated (safe) housemates must remain unaware of it. As a distraction, the nominated duos created a fitness-themed decoy task to maintain the illusion of a regular weekly challenge.
Task leaders: Shuvee Etrata and Bianca De Vera
Results: Passed
The Big Carnival Concert
The housemates must perform seven production numbers across two live shows scheduled for the end of the week. Three of these performances will be circus acts, each assigned to two duos. For every circus act, one-third of the weekly budget is at stake. To earn it, at least one duo per act must complete their performance without making a mistake during the first show.
Task leaders: Esnyr and Klarisse De Guzman
Result: Passed
The Big Taguan
The male housemates must secretly hide two items from the female housemates for the entire week. These items are marked with red ribbons and were later revealed to be the returning housemates—Ralph De Leon and Charlie Fleming.
Task leaders: Will Ashley and River Joseph
Result: Passed
Balik-Bahay
Winners of the Big Intensity Challenges—Ralph, Shuvee, AZ, and Esnyr—along with house guest Jane De Leon, must build a cup tower matching the height of each nominated housemate they want to bring back. A housemate figure is placed on top and the tower must be carried carefully past a miniature PBB house, with the figure passing through its door. To succeed, they must complete this process for all 10 nominated housemates.
Task leader: None (assisted by house guest Jane De Leon)
Result: Failed
SSS: Sayaw sa Sahig (Dance on the Floor)

Each housemate must create a personal logo that represents their identity. As a group, they must then perform a floor choreography that creatively incorporates the shapes of six selected logos into the routine.
Task leaders: Charlie Fleming and Brent Manalo
Result: Passed
Sa Mata ng Pagtulong
In this task, housemates must use rackets to guide 100 ping pong balls through six rings and into a box. Each duo takes turns, and their rankings are based on the number of successfully completed balls. Depending on their final placement, cash prizes were awarded to the duos for their chosen charities.
Task leader: None (assisted by house guest Gerald Anderson)
Result: Passed
Duo Challengers
The housemates faced off against the Duo Challengers in a strategic and high-intensity match where the objective was to knock off the opposing team's balls. Each player was given three lives, and to win the task, the housemates needed to sweep all five matches.
Result: Passed
Immunity Tasks
Also known as the Duo Battles, this challenge series had duos competing in tasks where the winner earned immunity from nominations for that week.
Mini PBB house obstacle race
The duo has to transport a mini PBB house across pillars on a table—no pillar drops allowed or they must restart.
Winner: Mika Salamanca and Bianca De Vera
Colored-tube sorting
Sort colored tubes into predetermined groups—fastest duo wins.
Winner: AZ Martinez and Bianca De Vera
Hanger toss-and-catch
In this Duo Battle, one housemate must throw hangers, while the other must catch and place them on a rack within five minutes. The duo that successfully racks the most hangers at the end of the time limit wins the challenge.

The remaining Star Magic and Sparkle housemates competed separately in two high-stakes Big Intensity Challenges. The top two performers from each group earned a Big Intensity Medal, granting them the power to choose their final duo partner and immunity from Week 12 nominations.
Those who failed to win the challenge automatically faced Week 12 eviction voting. One Star Magic and one Sparkle housemate with the lowest number of save votes would be evicted.

2nd Big Intensity Challenge winners: AZ Martinez and Esnyr
