INEOS have changed Manchester United's transfer approach — from signing only big-name players with hardly any focus on youth recruitment, the club are now trying to unearth the next gem instead. That was evident from last summer's deals for Chido Obi and Sekou Kone while in January, Ayden Heaven arrived from Arsenal despite the Gunners' best attempts at trying to persuade him to stay. The Peoples Person had relayed that the Red Devils had submitted an opening bid in the region of £800,000-£1.2 million for the 17-year-old. Tyjon bid rejected As per Blackburn source RoversXtra, the team from Edwood Park have rejected United's offer and this potentially allow United's fierce rivals Chelsea to hijack the deal. The Blues are also 'strong admirers' of the England U17 international and a serious offer is expected from them in the coming weeks. He has already made his Blackburn debut this season, making two appearances for the first team in the Championship. Tyjon has four goals from five reserve games for the Blackburn Rovers U21 side, including a goal against Travis Binnion's United U21 side earlier in the season.
