He rocked Valentin (10-6 MMA, 0-3 UFC) quickly, who was thereafter on the retreat for as long as the fight lasted. A left hook, right uppercut, overhand right combination were the final blows that put Valentin down before ground-and-pound put a stamp on an impressive outing. Cameroon's Gautier is only 23. He's won both of his UFC fights by first-round TKO, having debuted successfully vs. Jose Medina in March. Bella Mir aims to be first active UFC fighter to take part in Olympics
LAS VEGAS - With UFC CEO Dana White's support, Bella Mir has lofty aspirations. Mir submitted Carol Joia in the first round in Wednesday's UFC BJJ 1 event. The daughter of former UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir is actively competing in grappling, wrestling and MMA. Mir is happy to dabble in all forms of martial arts while chasing her Olympic dream – but she wants to be the first to do it as an active UFC fighter should she eventually make her way to the octagon. "Honestly, if it was up to me, I probably would be doing all of it at the same time like what I am right now," Mir said during the UFC BJJ 1 post-match press conference. "But I feel like I'll have a couple of prelim fights for the UFC, and then once 2028 comes around, I'll be like, 'Is it OK if I just don't fight just this year?' I could see that happening. "Or, I could see it just wrestling, doing jiu-jitsu and just fighting on UFC Fight Pass, and signing with the UFC right after 2028. It's also Dana's call. I've had meetings with him a lot about what my future looks like and what he wants me to do, and he pushes college wrestling a lot. He also pushes 2028. He wants me to go down that route, too. It's just a lot of talking with people close to me about what's best." Mir (3-0) will return to the cage for the first time in more than three years when she takes on Alivia Bierley (2-1) in a bantamweight bout July 27 at Fury Challenger Series 14, which takes place at Imagen Venues in Houston, and streams on UFC Fight Pass.

TKO stock has gained 13.2% over the past three months, outperforming the Communication Services Select Sector SPDR ETF Fund's (XLC) 5.3% rise during the same period. In the longer term, WWE, UFC Parent's shares have increased 23.1% on a YTD basis, exceeding XLC's 8.7% gain. Over the past 52 weeks, TKO stock has climbed 63.3%, compared to XLC's 22.4% return over the same period. The stock has been trading mostly above its 50-day and 200-day moving averages since last year. TKO Group reported Q1 2025 results on May 8. The company reported revenue of $1.3 billion and net income of $165.5 million, a sharp turnaround from a $234.5 million loss the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA jumped 23% to $417.4 million, driven by growth at both WWE and UFC, and the company raised its full-year guidance. Investors also reacted positively to the inclusion of recently acquired IMG, On Location, and PBR businesses, which pushed projected 2025 revenue up to as much as $4.6 billion. However, shares of TKO fell 5.5% the next day. In comparison, rival The Walt Disney Company (DIS) has lagged behind TKO stock. DIS stock has soared 7.3% on a YTD basis and 16.9% over the past 52 weeks. Due to the stock's outperformance, analysts are bullish on TKO. Cork's Callum 'King' Walsh moves to 14-0 but 'didn't want to win like this'
Cork professional boxer Callum Walsh has moved to 14-0 following a fifth round victory over Elisa Espadas in America on Saturday night. The contest was stopped on doctor's orders in the fifth round due to a cut which Callum had sustained following an accidental headbutt. The clash of heads happened in the second round with the doctor checking Callum before the start of the third and fourth rounds before calling it on the third check.
