Mapua Cardinals among PH reps in World University Games
The Mapua University men's basketball team is among the delegates of the Philippines to the World University Games in Rhine-Ruhr, Germany.
The Cardinals will start their campaign on July 19 against Brazil, Czech Republic on the 20th, and Poland on the 21st.
The Intramuros-based crew is the reigning NCAA champion in men's basketball.
This is the first time since 2021 that the University Summer Games is held after it was cancelled in 2023 due to the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
