Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi to go on floors from July 3, after shoot was halted due to Vastu concerns (Exclusive)
The reboot of the iconic Indian television show 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' is set to commence filming on July 3rd, following a minor setback. Initial plans to begin shooting in mid-June were postponed due to Vastu concerns regarding the set's layout. Producer Ekta Kapoor, aiming for a successful relaunch, addressed the energy flow issues.
The much-anticipated reboot of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi will go on floors on July 3, after facing a slight snag even before the cameras started rolling. Sources reveal that the shoot, originally scheduled to begin in mid-June, was temporarily delayed as the production team made changes to the set owing to Vastu-related concerns.

didn't want to take any chances.'
So far, the makers have only shot the pilot episode. The daily soap, which originally aired in 2000, ran for eight years. Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay will reprise their iconic roles of Tulsi Virani and Mihir Virani in the reboot.
Meanwhile, the team is working round the clock to ensure the show launches without any further hiccups. We reached out to Ekta Kapoor and her team, but did not receive a response till the time of going to press.
The iconic show is all set to hit the TV screens with a new season and fans are eagerly waiting for the show. Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2, will bring back the OG starcast of Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhayay. The show will be politician-turned-actress Smriti Irani's comeback acting project. Sources close to the Times of India TV informed us that the show is expected to telecast from the same date, it first went on air in 2000. In an earlier interview with Bombay Times, Amar spoke about the return of the show. He said, " I didn't think Kyunki... would still be such a big deal, especially with so many shows airing today. But people from all age groups seem excited. They keep asking me about Tulsi and Mihir, about the show, and it's made me realise how deep the connection still is. So, yes, the pressure is definitely there this time.'
