Nebraska in the mix for defensive line target
Class of 2026 three-star defensive lineman Vilama Moala decommitted from Oregon on Monday afternoon. Now, it appears that the Huskers are in the mix for his recruitment, along with several other schools, per Adam Gorney.
Moala is the No. 58 overall defensive lineman in the 2026 class and the third overall player in his class from the state of Oregon, according to the On3 Industry Rankings. North Carolina, Miami, Cal, Utah, and Florida have all reached out to him following his decommitment.
Moala would be a solid get for a Huskers program looking to add depth on the defensive line. He recorded 99 tackles, 12.5 sacks, a forced fumble, and 35 quarterback hurries according to statistics from
