Woman and man dead after Mercedes and lorry crash in Norfolk
A man and a woman have been killed in a crash between a car and a lorry. Emergency services rushed to Clenchwarton, Norfolk at 9.51am today after a Mercedes-Benz GLC 220 Sport Premium crashed with a white Volvo HGV. The male driver and female passenger tragically died at the scene. The A17 was closed at the Pullover Roundabout and remains closed now. Officers are now appealing for witnesses following the crash. Anyone with information is urged to contact Norfolk Police. A spokesperson for Norfolk Police said: 'Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision at Clenchwarton today (Thursday 24 July 2025). 'The collision happened on the A17 at Clenchwarton at 9.51am this morning when a Mercedes-Benz GLC 220 Sport Premium collided with a white Volvo HGV. 'The road was closed at the Pullover Roundabout whilst emergency services attended the scene, including ambulance and fire. 'Sadly, the driver, a man and passenger, a woman, died at the scene.
