Triumph has announced a limited-time offer on its Speed 400 motorcycle in India, providing free accessories worth Rs 7,600 till July 31, 2025. Alongside the offer, Triumph has also unveiled a new black-and-white colour variant with a gold streak for the Speed 400 in international markets, which is expected to arrive in India soon.
Free add-ons with Speed 400
As part of the anniversary month celebration for Triumph's Modern Classic range, buyers of the Speed 400 will get a lower engine guard, knee pads, windscreen, and a tank pad at no extra cost. These accessories are included with every new purchase until the end of the offer period.
The Speed 400 is priced at Rs 2.46 lakh and is Triumph's second most affordable motorcycle in the Indian market, positioned just above the Speed T4.

What powers the Triumph Speed 400
The motorcycle is powered by a 399cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. It delivers 39.5bhp at 8,000rpm and 37.5Nm of torque at 6,500rpm. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox and comes equipped with a torque-assist clutch.
It features a USD front fork and a monoshock rear suspension setup. The bike runs on 17-inch wheels wrapped in Vredestein tyres, with braking duties handled by a single disc on both ends, supported by dual-channel ABS.

Speed 400 gets a fresh look
In addition to the limited-time offer, Triumph has introduced a new colour scheme for the Speed 400 globally. The new variant features a black-and-white paint finish with a gold streak. While it is not yet available in India, the launch is expected in the near future.
Scrambler 400 X gets a new look too
Triumph has also unveiled a new colour option for the 2026 Scrambler 400 X. Named 'Baja Orange,' the new paint job includes an orange fuel tank with a silver centre strip featuring the Triumph logo. The rest of the body remains black, complemented by golden USD forks and a silver front fender.
No mechanical updates have been made to the motorcycle.
Scrambler 400 X engine and features
The Scrambler 400 X is powered by a 398cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that generates 39.5bhp at 8,000rpm and 37.5Nm at 6,500rpm. It comes with a six-speed gearbox and an assist and slipper clutch as standard.
The motorcycle features a 43mm upside-down front fork with 150mm travel and a preload-adjustable rear monoshock. It rides on a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel, both fitted with dual-purpose block-pattern tyres.
It also offers ride-by-wire throttle, switchable traction control, switchable dual-channel ABS, LED lighting, and a semi-digital instrument cluster. A Type-C charging port is included as standard.
India launch expected
Both the new Speed 400 colour variant and the Baja Orange version of the Scrambler 400 X are expected to be launched in India in the coming months.
