LA Knight will never win a world title in WWE
Some places do power rankings. Here at Cageside, we do a stock report. In this weekly series, we identify three Superstars (or groups of Superstars) who are on their way up, and three that are moving in the opposite direction. After a busy week that included Money in the Bank 2025, a lot of fortunes were changed. Advertisement With that in mind, let's see whose stock decreased the most this week: Stock Down #3: LA Knight The megastar cut a promo on SmackDown talking about how he's already lost two previous Money in the Bank ladder matches, but the third time's a charm. Unfortunately for Knight, he was completely destroyed by Seth Rollins' crew a short while later and then became a three time Money in the Bank loser the very next night in Los Angeles. It appears that LA has reached his ceiling in WWE, which puts him in a pretty good spot overall, but one that will likely never take him to a world championship. Stock Down #2: Aleister Black Aleister was also wiped out on SmackDown as part of the Paul Heyman Guys running amok on the blue brand. He was tossed out of the ring like a jabroni after they beat him up, and probably won't get a chance at revenge since they are on different brands. Booking like this contributes to Aleister losing more of that special aura that stars initially have when they debut hot or return after a long time away. Stock Down #1: War Raiders Erik and Ivar lost a tag team match on Raw against The Judgment Day's Finn Balor and JD McDonagh, seemingly knocking the former Vikings even further away from world tag team championship gold after they've already failed multiple times to regain the belts from New Day. To make things even worse, Erik's wife Sarah Logan aka Valhalla revealed that WWE is not renewing her contract with the company. Advertisement Now let's see whose stock increased the most this week: Stock Up #3: Naomi Naomi hasn't won singles gold in WWE since 2017, but that's probably going to change sometime during the next year because she now has the women's Money in the Bank contract. Naomi's new 'proceed with caution' attitude means she is a good bet to find the perfect time to cash in that contract to win a world title, just like all the women before her have successfully done. Stock Up #2: Ron Killings / R-Truth The live fans on Raw and SmackDown chanted 'We Want Truth!' following the news that R-Truth was exiting the company after WWE chose to not renew his contract. WWE listened to the people and gave them what they want this time, because Truth came back to screw over John Cena in the main event of Money in the Bank. He's now officially back in WWE as Ron Killings, and you can even buy his new shirt. How about that? Stock Up #1: Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Paul Heyman Rollins walked into Money in the Bank as the way-too-obvious favorite to win the men's ladder match, and he proved to be correct when nobody was able to stop him from climbing the ladder and securing the briefcase. The Two Bron Power Trip really came through big for Seth this week in terms of kicking ass on Raw, SmackDown, and Money in the Bank, and really gave weight to Seth's threat about holding all the power in WWE coming out of this weekend. It sure looks like Seth's group is the most dominant force in WWE right now, and the scary thing is that they're just getting started. Advertisement There you have it, Cagesiders. Erik and Ivar of the War Raiders React to Sarah Logan's (Valhalla) WWE Release
The War Raiders say goodbye to Valhalla in WWE. On Monday, Valhalla (formerly Sarah Logan) revealed that WWE would not be renewing her contract with them, meaning her departure from WWE is imminent. On the heels of this news, Ivar and Erik of the War Raiders have replied with messages of encouragement. 'Valhalla FOREVER,' Ivar wrote on Twitter/X alongside a black-and-white, smiling image of him, Valhalla, and Erik. Elsewhere on Instagram stories, Erik wrote to his real-life wife, 'I love you [Valhalla]. I'm proud of you.' Advertisement Valhalla's last WWE match came in February 2024 when she and 18 other women competed in a battle royal, with the final spot in the Women's Elimination Chamber on the line. Weeks later, she confirmed her pregnancy with her second child. She and Erik then welcomed their new son into the world in November 2024. Hours after Valhalla confirmed her exit from WWE, the War Raiders battled Judgment Day's Finn Balor and JD McDonagh on WWE Raw, with the latter duo emerging victorious. This came after Roxanne Perez distracted Ivar and the referee, allowing McDonagh to push him into the ring post and Balor to finish him off with a Coup De Grace. (Check out everything that went down on WWE RAW here.) Valhalla isn't the only star leaving WWE, as R-Truth and Carlito confirmed their departures as well. Also like her, WWE opted not to renew their contracts. WWE RAW Results: IYO SKY & Rhea Ripley Triumph; Creed Brothers Down War Raiders After New Day's Distraction
Last Updated: Let's take a look at the results of all matches that unfolded on May 12's episode of Monday Night RAW. The post-Backlash WWE RAW opened with the return of CM Punk. He claimed to have been betrayed by Paul Heyman. He also poked fun at Seth Rollins, calling him a 'CM Punk from Temu". Rollins showed up and accused Punk of gaslighting everyone about Heyman. That's when Bron Breakker appeared at the arena and attacked Punk. Sami Zayn and Jey Uso made the save before Rollins fled the scene. Following a chaotic opening segment, the RAW episode featured a singles fight between Penta and Chad Gable, while the Creed Brothers faced the War Raiders in a tag-team battle. Moving forward, AJ Styles went head-to-head against Finn Balor, and IYO SKY teamed up with Rhea Ripley to take on the pair of Giulia and Roxanne Perez. Let's take a look at the results of all matches that unfolded on May 12's episode of Monday Night RAW: Chad Gable vs Penta: Gable started commandingly and welcomed Pental with some big kicks and a headbutt. Penta bounced back with a superkick and followed it up with a codebreaker. He was setting up an electric chair-esque move but failed to execute it properly. Gable unleashed a moonsault, but Penta quickly countered it with a superkick. He then used the Mexican Destroyer to pin Gable. Creed Brothers vs War Raiders: With the New Day on commentary duty, the match went through much drama. The two teams traded some strikes as Ivar launched the Banzai Drop and Brutas came back with a suplex and a moonsault. The New Day ran a distraction, which helped The Creeds shell out the Butus Ball Device and seal the deal. Styles took early control as she turned an amber to catch his opponent for a pin attempt. Balor used the ropes to break the hold but missed out on the Coup de Grâce. Cartilo and JC McDonagh tried to interfere but were knocked down by Styles. Penta came forward to assist Styles, who got the Phenomenal Forearm to secure the victory. IYO SKY & Rhea Ripley vs Giulia & Roxanne Perez: Perez and SKY started the match before Ripley tagged in and got the better of Perez. Giulia attempted a double-team move, but SKY countered it with a big dive. After some back-and-forth, Perez accidentally brought down Giulia, and Ripley took advantage of the situation and used the Riptide to win the tag-team battle.
