Local restaurant dives into International Firefighters Day
Local first responders were recognized for their daily selfless acts at one restaurant Wednesday evening.
Roma's Italian Restaurant gave back to the West Lake Volunteer Fire Department Station 48 for International Firefighters Day.
Officials cut the ribbon on new downtown Country Fair
The team was invited for a free meal as a thank you for keeping our community safe.
Along with the complimentary dinner, Roma's kitchen donated $1,000 to the squad.

'They always need fundraising opportunities so we thought what better group to do that they are protecting us if we have a problem so we were excited to offer them some money and great Italian food,' Vice President Nick Scott explained.
Thursday will mark Roma's one-year anniversary. Customers can receive a complimentary meatball and candle with their celebration.
