I Fly Back and Forth From LA to NY Multiple Times a Year—and I Always Wear These Comfy $27 Amazon Pants
When you fly back and forth from Los Angeles to New York five-plus times a year, you start to create little rituals to ensure that each flight is smoother than the last. For me, that means flying out of and into the same airports, using the same airline, sitting in the same seat number on both flights, and wearing my favorite travel pants: the G4Free Wide-leg Pants, currently on sale for $27. What began as an impulse purchase two years ago has now become a non-negotiable for any flight I take. I was drawn to the pants' wide-leg silhouette, which I always gravitate towards on travel days because of their non-restrictive nature (a blessing when you'll be sitting for nearly six hours and wearing compression socks). I know what you're thinking: Surely, flowy pants aren't hard to come by. In fact, I have several wide-leg sweatpants and yoga pants that could keep me just as comfy. However, they don't have the same look as the G4Free Wide-leg Pants—or the compression for that matter. The pants' high-rise waistband smooths over my stomach like my favorite workout leggings (while giving my booty a little lift, I might add). And, just like my go-to leggings, they give me the confidence and energy to power through a hectic day. When I slip them on, I instantly feel more put together, whether I'm getting ready for a red-eye flight out of LAX or mustering up the energy to make my 6 a.m. flight from JFK. Even when paired with an oversized sweatshirt or loose cardigan, the G4Free Wide-leg Pants never look frumpy, which is something I can't say about my other sweatpants and yoga pants. The sleek fabric and trouser-like seams make them look elevated, while the polyester-spandex blend provides a pajama-like softness and stretch. The lightweight, quick-drying design doesn't hurt either, especially when traveling from one warm climate to another. This is why the G4Free pants are way more than airplane pants. Long after I land, I can still get plenty of use out of them, no matter what my itinerary has in store for me—heading to the office? It's hard to tell the difference between these pants and work pants when they're paired with a nice top and shoes. Grabbing drinks with friends? The pants can be zhuzhed up to match the dress code. Sightseeing around New York City? Hitting the trails in L.A.? Going to Erewhon for a smoothie? The list goes on. My next cross-country flight is only weeks away, and guess what I'll be wearing? Yup: the G4Free Wide-leg Pants. I might even grab another pair, so I'll have double the wardrobe options when I'm back in New York. Keep scrolling to see the other travel-friendly wide-leg pants that you can score at Amazon for spring and summer trips. Love a great deal? I found the best M&S trousers for summer – they're breezy, with a super comfy elasticated waist & come in 10 colours
THE current weather in the UK is making it hard to get dressed for the day while being comfortable. Fortunately, M&S has the perfect buy for the summer months that will keep you cool. BUY NOW And the summer buy seems to be a massive hit with fashion fans who are constantly raving about how stylish they are. The M&S Linen Blend Wide Leg Trousers are a summer staple for any wardrobe. These stunning trousers can be dressed up with a pair of heels or worn casually with a T-shirt and trainers. The linen material ensures you stay cool during the summer heat, while the wide leg shape helps get some breeze into the legs. What's more, the linen trousers have an elasticated waist, making them super comfy even if you've eaten too much at the barbecue. These must-have trousers come in a variety of sizes and lengths to suit any body shape. They have petite, regular and long sizes and start at size 6, going up to a 24. There are also ten colours up for grabs, including bold red and blue or a more demure black and beige. And as if that wasn't enough, these versatile trousers also come with pockets. M&S bosses say: "These linen-rich trousers are designed in a breezy wide-leg shape, making them perfect for warm-weather days. "They fasten with a drawstring at the comfortable high rise waist. "Handy side pockets and patch pockets at the back complete this practical pair." Customers who have already bought the trousers have given them rave reviews. One person wrote: "These are fine as everyday linen trousers, I've got a few colours. The pull-through cord at the waist ensures a close fit." Why Everyone Is Loving M&S Deputy Fashion Editor Abby McHale revealed to Fabulous why M&S is the shop of the moment. She explained: 'M&S has really pulled it out of the bag this season, there is so much good product to be excited about. 'A brand once known for its 'frumpy fashion' that notion is long gone with it now being one of the leading high street stores for womenswear. 'Its handbag range in particular is super strong with them selling 170% vs plan, with lots more designer dupes for just a fraction of the price. 'The brand is now also the #1 for style perceptions, compared to the #3 spot it had last year, this comes from a really strong design team focused on modernising the brand, not only taking into consideration how the pieces look, but how easy they are to wear also. 'Price is also a big factor with you being able to get many good quality pieces all for under £30. 'After having a sneak peak of the upcoming collection there are so many more amazing pieces that are dropping over the next few months to keep your eyes on. 'Think leopard print dresses, colourful co-ords, embroidered boho jackets, plus lots of swimwear and amazing accessories, as well as great wardrobe staples that will last year on year.' Another commented: 'Lovely comfy trousers will be ordering in another colour." "Excellent trousers bang on size, quality and material - bought blue and love the brightness," penned a third. Meanwhile a fourth said: "I bought bright red as I wanted something different for a summer special 'do' They are perfect!" "Amazing linen trousers - they wash well and fit is great. I buy them every year,' claimed a fifth.
