The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' alum, 54, also claimed Phypers, 52, bruised her eye during one of his attacks in 2022. According to the court documents, Richards alleged that when she and her ex were at his Malibu, Calif., workplace, when he 'became paranoid' that the plants he purchased 'contained listening devices.' She also claimed Phypers called her a 'f–king bitch' while hitting her in the eye with the palm of his hand. In a statement to PEOPLE, Phypers denies all of Richards' claims. He told US Weekly they're 'not true' and 'conjured up,' has been ordered to stay 100 yards from Richards and her property, including her home and car. 'I have the real evidence,' he added. "I want to address recent rumors and speculation that have surfaced regarding my relationship with my wife, Denise Richards," the statement reads. "Let me be unequivocally clear: I have never physically or emotionally abused Denise — or anyone. These accusations are completely false and deeply hurtful. Denise and I, like many couples, have faced our share of challenges, but any suggestion of abuse is categorically untrue.I have always tried to approach our marriage with love, patience, and respect." "I ask for privacy as we navigate personal matters, and I hope that the public and media will refrain from spreading harmful and baseless claims," it concludes. Videos emerge These new bombshell claims come less than two weeks after Phypers filed for divorce following six years of marriage. He listed their separation date as July 4 and cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for their split. Phypers also requested that the court grant him spousal support. A source told Daily Mail that their split was a long time coming because Richards and Phypers were 'toxic' and constantly fighting. 'They have been having trouble for some time, but they had a row over the weekend where they basically were like, 'F–k you,' and he marched off to file for divorce,' the insider claimed. Days after filing for divorce, Phypers was seen running errands without his wedding ring on. The reality star and Phypers tied the knot in September 2018.

On Sunday, the OnlyFans creator posted a TikTok video of how she determines whether she should cut off an unhealthy relationship. Perhaps not-so subtly, she discussed how she would handle a 'toxic' relationship if she was a mother. 'You need to ask yourself, if you had a daughter and she was dating a man like this, what would you tell her?' she asked. 'And then boom, you're like, OK, I would tell her to break up with him, I would tell her to block him, move on, he's a piece of s***, he treats her like s***, and that works for me.' Sheen, 21, noted it can be easy to overlook signs of a bad relationship. She also shared that she was naturally a 'very motherly person' and that she definitely wanted to have children one day. 'Imagine your friend in this situation or your mom or your sibling. Picturing someone else in your exact situation and if they came to you being like, 'Hey, my boyfriend is doing X, Y and Z to me,' you need to tell them what to do then there's your answer,' she said. 'And I understand more than anyone, it's so hard and almost feels impossible sometimes to get out of a toxic relationship and the judgment from people when you keep going back to that person — it's a whole cycle,' she continued.
