Crown Castle raises annual site rental revenue forecast on healthy leasing activity
(Reuters) -Wireless tower operator Crown Castle raised its annual site rental revenue forecast on Wednesday, hinting at healthy leasing activity by wireless carriers as service providers continue to augment capacity. The results follow intensifying competition among service providers, highlighting how companies are actively pursuing new avenues for growth by expanding capacity amid the 5G boom. The real estate investment trust now expects full-year site rental revenue of around $4.00 billion and $4.04 billion, compared with its prior expectations of around $3.99 billion to $4.03 billion. Crown Castle owns about 40,000 towers and derives the majority of its revenue from leasing out tower infrastructure to wireless carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon in the United States on a long-term basis. For the year, the company now expects adjusted funds from operations between $4.14 and $4.25 per share, compared with the analysts' average estimate of $4.18 apiece, according to data compiled by LSEG. The company posted second-quarter site rental revenue of $1.01 billion, compared with estimates of $1.04 billion. For the second quarter, Crown Castle reported earnings of 67 cents per share. This Sell-Out Zara Lace Dress Is Available In A New Colour
For me, it's rare when a particular item makes me unhappy until I get my hands on it. But this brown Zara lace-detail satin mini dress had me refreshing my app countless times over the space of 48 hours. All to see if it would come back in stock in time for me to order it for Wireless festival a few weeks back. Turns out, it didn't, and this led to my boyfriend being sent out on a mission to find said Zara dress in any store he could around central London. The result? He found the last one in one of Oxford Street's stores, and of course gained instant boyfriend points for retrieving the goods. And the thing is, I didn't even realise the black version of this chocolatey winner had already gone viral (similar to this Dissh dress I've already told you about). But since searching for 'Zara lace dress' on repeat, it seems the algorithm really picked up on my desperation for this dress, and since then, it's been all over my TikTok. Shop: Zara's Satin And Lace Dress Here I am at the festival wearing the Zara dress, sans bra (it's a bit tricky to wear one with the skinny spaghetti straps and lace front detailing), and I loved the way it looked withflat knee-high boots –something I've also been raving about as the outfit to wear when it's hot, but could rain. With lace detailing being a mini trend – being spotted on everything from shorts to tops this season – I'm not surprised this dress with its interesting, expensive-looking cut is a key item. Especially when it's only £49.99, too. After having a quick search, I also discovered that the sell-out black version is currently selling for £105 on eBay, so I've linked this below in case as you feel the urge to get it, like I did. I also recommend having a look on Vinted. Shop: Zara's Satin And Lace Dress I really like how @ has styled her black version over a pair of wide-leg trousers – something I'll definitely be copying to transform mine into a top. If you're happy to get the similar vibe of the viral black Zara dress, without going on a hunt for it, Zara have also just dropped this halter neck version that has the same asymmetric detail and lace placement. And I appreciate how the higher neckline will make it easier when it comes to the bra situation, too. Shop: Zara Satin Lace Dress 3. Zara ZW Collection Satin Lace Dress Price: $49.99 View offer If you don't want to spend more than £49.99 then this style is so similar. The halter neck detail is elevating the humble black dress from all angles – I would wear it with matchy-matchy black heels for a night out or over cream satin trousers with flip flops for a daytime look. Price: £49.99 View offer If a mini dress isn't your thing, or you just prefer wearing separates, then you'll want to know about the new top version, too. Already being spotted all over social, it has the same look of the viral dress, but just shorter, so it's easier to style as a 'nice top and jeans' look, with linen Bermuda shorts or even over a lace maxi skirt for holiday. In black (like that dress), pastel blue or butter yellow, if these sell-out as quick as I think they will, my boyfriend better get his running trainers on to go on another Zara hunt to find them!

Sequentially, the company's profit grew 39.1% from Rs 19,407 crore in Q4 FY25. Consolidated revenue from operations for the conglomerate stood at Rs 2,73,252 crore for the quarter, which is 6% more compared to Rs 2,57,823 crore year-on-year (Y-o-Y), according to a company statement today. Reliance Industries Limited Chairman & Managing Director Mukesh Ambani said, 'Reliance has begun FY26 with a robust, all-round operational and financial performance. Consolidated EBITDA for Q1 FY26 improved strongly from a year-ago period, despite significant volatility in global macros. During the quarter, energy markets encountered heightened uncertainty, with sharp fluctuations in crude prices. Performance was supported by improvement in fuel and downstream product margins. Natural decline in natural gas production from Krishna-Godavari D6 resulted in marginally lower EBITDA for the oil and gas segment," Mukesh Ambani said. "The company's retail business customer base expanded to 358 million and the focus is on strengthening its portfolio of our own FMCG brands. Jio has scaled newer heights during the quarter including crossing 200 million 5G subscribers and 20 million home connections. Jio AirFiber is now the largest Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) service provider in the world, with a base of 7.4 million subscribers," Mukesh Ambani said. Mukesh Ambani laid out an ambitious target based on the company's performance and growth plans, saying, "Reliance will continue its stellar track record of doubling every 4 to 5 years." UNI XC BM

Glasgow firm help create football pitch for US star Drake
SuperStrong Fitness supplied the premium turf that transformed the tennis courts at Oakley Court, a luxury hotel in Windsor, into a temporary football pitch. Drake and his crew used the pitch to wind down after the end of his three-day residency at London's Wireless Festival. The installation was planned for the end of Drake's Wireless residency, as part of a private post-tour football party for friends, crew, and VIP guests. However, the day before the £2 million event was nearly thrown into chaos when it was discovered there was not enough turf. (Image: Supplied) Michael Geraghty, founder of SuperStrong Fitness, said: "I got a panicked text while I was sitting at Stockholm Airport. "The contractor was 120 square metres short. "They needed more turf by lunchtime the next day. "I was about to board a flight back to Scotland. "We didn't flinch—I arranged an overnight courier before takeoff, landed in Edinburgh, and drove straight to our warehouse to meet the delivery van." Michael said: "We might never see the footage. "But knowing our turf gave one of the biggest artists on the planet a chance to relax with mates after a mega show—that's more than enough for us." SuperStrong Fitness was founded during the 2020 lockdown and has since supplied turf and sled tracks to numerous home gyms, CrossFit boxes, and commercial fitness spaces, including the men's and women's training facilities at Manchester United.
