In honour of World Cucumber Day on June 14, Hendrick's Gin invites you to embrace the whimsy by trading in a humble cucumber for its gin-based tipple at over 95 participating restaurants and bars across Singapore from June 16 to 19. Because why use cash or card when you can pay with a cucumber? It's a curiously fun twist to cocktail culture – just the way Hendrick's Gin likes it. Why cucumbers? Hendrick's Gin isn't just using cucumbers for novelty. It's quite literally in the unusual spirit. The gin's famously smooth, floral flavour comes from a unique distillation process that infuses cucumber and rose, alongside a blend of 11 botanicals, making the inimitable green fruit more than just a garnish – it's in Hendrick's DNA. This year, you get to choose between Hendrick's Flora Adora & Tonic and Hendrick's Grand Cabaret & Tonic, the latest limited edition releases from Hendrick's Cabinet of Curiosities. Hendrick's Flora Adora is an English garden in a glass, bringing together juniper, coriander, and sweet botanicals with a flourish of Hendrick's signature herbal charm. Keswick bars to offer free Hendrick's gin and tonics to celebrate world cucumber day
Bars in Keswick are set to offer free Hendrick's Gin and tonic in order to celebrate world cucumber day. On Friday, June 13, from 4pm to 5pm, customers can bring a fresh cucumber to any of four participating bars in Keswick's Market Square in exchange for a 'perfectly chilled' Hendrick's Gin and Fever-Tree Tonic free of charge. Whether long, thin or twisty, cucumbers in all shapes are welcome. No judgement, just gin. Bring your cucumber along to one of these participating venues: · The Front Bar at Inn on the Square · The Back Bar at Inn on the Square · Skiddaw Hotel Bar · Kings Arms Hotel Bar This peculiar event pays tribute to the cucumber's essential role in Hendrick's Gin. Infused during distillation, cucumber is what gives Hendrick's its 'cool, crisp' character.
