Rosters Confirmed Ahead of FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup 2025 Tip-Off
Mohamed Mandour Final rosters for all 16 national teams competing in the FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup 2025 have been confirmed, with tip-off set for June 28 in Switzerland. The tournament features rising stars from around the globe, including 2023 finalists France, who are aiming for redemption in a highly competitive Group D alongside the United States, Australia, and Cameroon. The teams have been divided into four groups: Group A: Argentina, Mali, Serbia, New Zealand Group B: China, Slovenia, Germany, Canada Group C: Jordan, Switzerland, Israel, Dominican Republic Group D: Cameroon, USA, Australia, France Each team will play three games during the Group Phase, which runs from June 28 through July 1. All 16 teams will then advance to the Round of 16 on July 2, where teams from Groups A and B will face off, as will those from Groups C and D, based on group standings. The Knockout Phase continues with Quarterfinals on July 4, Semifinals on July 5, and concludes with the Championship Final, Third Place Game, and placement matches on July 6. Asal & Gohar Reach Final PSA World Tour Tournament Final in Toronto
Rana Atef Egyptian squash stars Mostafa Asal and Nouran Gohar have advanced to the final of the prestigious PSA World Tour Final, currently taking place in Toronto, Canada. In the men's semi-final, Asal delivered an impressive performance to defeat fellow Egyptian Karim Abdel Gawad 2–0. Regarding the women's competitions, world No. 2 Nouran Gohar overcame Japan's Satomi Watanabe. Gohar claimed a 2–1 victory, securing her place in the final. The tournament also witnessed the withdrawal of three Egyptian players. Rana Atef On Friday, 2015 Premier League Champion Leicester City sacked their coach Ruud van Nistelrooy due to the poor performance. Leicester City finished in the 18th place on the standings and were relegated to the Championship. There were no reports regarding the next manager for the Foxes. Report: Mbappe Loses between 4 & 5 Kgs after Illness
Rana Atef Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappe is on his way to return to the team after recovering from a virus. The 26-year-old was hospitlized a day after the team's first match against Saudi Al Hilal last week in hospital. Mbappe was released on Thursday, however, he is still in a recovery perion. Therefore, he was not risked by Xabi Alonso against Pachuca on Sunday. It was reported that he is still weak and working individually to retain his strength. According to Marca, Mbappe lost between four and five kilograms of weight over the past week.
