Formula E Season 12 calendar unveiled, has 18 races in 12 cities on the list

The new calendar for Season 12 is out, with five more races to go before Season 11 can reach its conclusion. The new 2025-26 calendar is proof of the rise in Formula E's popularity, as there are a record 18 races on the calendar.
This indicates an addition of two more races next season compared to 16 races this season, including multiple double headers. Madrid is a new addition to the list of Formula E venues next season.
All about the Formula E 2025-26 calendar
Formula E and the FIA have announced the first provisional calendar for the 2025-26 season of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship following validation from the FIA's World Motorsport Council Meeting. There will be 18 races in 12 global cities.
The new Formula E season will begin on December 6, 2025, on the streets of Sao Paulo in Brazil and will head to Mexico in January 2026.
Formula E will then make its first race appearance at the Miami International Autodrome on January 31. February sees a nighttime double-header under the lights in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, while Madrid debuts on the calendar in March at the historic Circuito de Madrid-Jarama.
Returning venues include Berlin, Tokyo, Monaco, and Shanghai, each hosting double-header race weekends.
The season will conclude once again in London, with a double-header at the Excel in August.
