Did AJ Styles Drag The Undertaker's Wife Michelle McCool During Their Historic WWE Feud?
The Undertaker had battled some of the most iconic opponents during his time as an active in-ring performer. However, one top name that had been missing from his list was The Phenomenal AJ Styles . The wait was finally over as the duo was scheduled to battle one-on-one in a match at WrestleMania 36. However, the changed scenario in the entire world led to the storyline having a different direction in which Styles did not hold back but ran down Taker's wife, Michelle McCool. Michelle McCool became a major point in the feud between AJ Styles and The Undertaker The Undertaker replaced Rey Mysterio in the finals of the Tuwaiq Mountain Trophy and defeated AJ Styles in mere seconds. This began the feud between them, with their match made official for WrestleMania 36. However, The Phenomenal One decided to blur the lines of fiction and reality by addressing The Undertaker by his real name, 'Mark Calaway.' He took it one step further by calling out his wife, Michelle McCool, and claimed that she was a huge reason that The Undertaker was no longer The Phenom but an 'old broken down man.' This led to The Undertaker debuting a new persona, which was a mix of his Deadman and American Badass gimmicks. He fired back at Styles for calling out his wife and stated that before AJ Styles did the Styles Clash, Michelle McCool had already made it famous as 'The Faithbreaker. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Tecno Pova 7: You've NEVER Felt 144Hz This Sharp & Smooth! However, had he still been an active competitor, here are the top four superstars who would have proven to be a formidable challenge for The Undertaker. 4. Damian Priest Damian Priest has been very much open about the influence of The Undertaker on his wrestling career. Priest has been called as the modern day Taker and even 'bisexual Undertaker' by others on social media. Moreover, Priest uses Taker's Old School and Chokeslam moves in his own way in the ring. Had The Undertaker still been wrestling, a match against Priest would have been a dream come true for the young and rising star. 3. Drew McIntyre Drew McIntyre has shared the ring with The Undertaker a few times in his WWE career. However, he did it long before he became a too attraction for the Stamford-based promotion. Amidst his rise, he did battle The Undertaker in a tag team match at the 2019 WWE Extreme Rules event, but never a singles bout. So, he would have proven to be a challenge for The Undertaker in the modern era. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Giao dịch Bitcoin và Ethereum - Không cần ví! Moreover, Rollins was at the peak of his career when Taker was active on the roster, but never got to share the ring with The Demon from Death Valley. A match between Seth Rollins and The Undertaker would have been an exciting affair in the modern era as Taker had always put up stellar showdowns against more opponents more agile and smaller than his him. 1.
