Martyr Yahya Al-Sinwar Team Crowned Champion of Late Ali Fayyad Volleyball Tournament
Sana'a - Saba: The Martyr Yahya Al-Sinwar team was crowned champion of the second edition of the Late Ali Fayyad Ramadan Volleyball Tournament, organized by the Steering Committee of the Yemeni General Volleyball Federation and the Federation's branch in the Capital Secretariat, with the participation of 8 teams. The team secured the title after defeating the Martyr Saleh Al-Sammad team in the final match with two clean sets, scoring 25/18 in both sets. The Martyr Al-Qubari team claimed third place after defeating the Martyr Hassan Nasrallah team in two straight sets (25/12 and 25/10). After the tournament, the winning teams were honored by sports and federation officials. The Martyr Yahya Al-Sinwar team received the championship trophy, gold medals, and a cash prize, while the Martyr Saleh Al-Sammad team was awarded the runner-up trophy, silver medals, and a cash prize. Al-Hawwa Iman, Al-Taqwa & Al-Nasr complete semi-finals of "Faith Identity " volleyball Championship
Sana'a - Saba: The teams of Al-Hawwa Iman, Al-Taqwa and Al-Nasr completed the contract of the teams that qualified for the semi-final round of the Identity of Faith Volleyball Championship, organized by the Steering Committee of the Yemeni General Volleyball Federation, sponsored by the Ministry of Youth, and supported by Kamran Company for Industry and Investment and Yemen Mobile. The three teams qualified after winning on Wednesday in their last matches on the final day of the group stage in the presence of Walid Faye, head of the Yemeni General Volleyball Federation's Steering Committee, in the presence of the Yemeni General Volleyball Federation. The Iman identity team, led by its brilliant players Kamal Al-Sanhani and Ghamdan Al-Zubairi, managed to beat the Iman Yaman team, led by its creative player Mohammed Al-Himi, with two unanswered goals of 25/21 and 25/15. Tomorrow, Thursday, the two semi-final matches will be held, as the first match will bring together the two teams of Al-Hawwa Iman and the promise of the other, while the second match will be between the teams of Al-Nasr and Al-Taqwa, and the winners of the two matches will qualify for the final that will be held next Saturday, while the two losers will face each other in the third and fourth place matches.
