iQOO Z10R top specs revealed ahead of July 24 launch, price will be less than Rs 20,000

The iQOO Z10R is all set to launch on July 24, and ahead of its official unveiling, most of its key specifications are already out. iQOO has been steadily confirming features over the past few days, and while the exact price is still under wraps, the company has seemingly confirmed that it will be priced under Rs 20,000. This makes it a mid-range option with some rather impressive hardware on offer. The Z10R will join the iQOO Z10, Z10x, and Z10 Lite in the brand's Z series. From the looks of it, the Z10R could be placed between the Z10 and Z10x in terms of pricing and iQOO Z10R will feature a 120Hz AMOLED display with a quad-curved design. iQOO is calling it the slimmest quad-curved phone in India, measuring just 7.39mm in thickness. It'll be available in two colours — Aquamarine and Moonstone — and the back panel design is similar to the iQOO Z9s and even draws some inspiration from Vivo's V-series the hood, the iQOO Z10R runs on MediaTek's Dimensity 7400 chipset, which should offer similar performance to the Dimensity 7300 — the chipset that powers the iQOO Z10x. It will come with 12GB of physical RAM and an additional 12GB of virtual RAM for multitasking. There's no confirmation yet on whether there's going to be a lower-end RAM version as well, possibly with 8GB. Internal storage is 256GB. For cooling, iQOO is using a large graphite area to keep thermals in check during gaming or heavy use. You also get dual stereo speakers and IP68/69 ratings, which add a bit of durability to the package. Interestingly, the phone is also said to offer military-grade shock resistance. In terms of battery, the iQOO Z10R packs a 5,700mAh unit, making it the device with the smallest battery in the Z series. The Z10 has a 7,000mAh battery, the Z10x has 6,500mAh, while the Z10 Lite has a 6,000mAh battery. Nevertheless, charging is pretty fast at 90W, and bypass charging is also supported, which could be useful during gaming to prevent heat build-up. On the camera front, there's a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor at the back, capable of 4K recording, and a 32-megapixel front camera that also supports 4K iQOO Z10R will be sold via Amazon after launch, and with the kind of specs it offers, it's clearly aimed at users looking for a feature-rich phone under Rs 20,000. With the official launch now just a few days away, pricing will be the final piece of the puzzle.- Ends
