Nebraska has big success on the June recruiting trail

Nebraska football was named one of the big winners of June recruiting in a recent list compiled by Adam Gorney.
The Huskers landed eight commitments in June alone, including headliners in four-star corner Danny Odem and four-star offensive tackle Claude Mpouma. This marked what was a busy month for the program, as they head into the month of July on a hot streak.
Alabama, BYU, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Michigan, Michigan State, Texas, and Texas A&M were also on the list as the season inches closer. The 2026 Nebraska football recruiting class ranks No. 15 in the conference with 12 total commitments per Rivals rankings.
It remains to be seen if the Huskers will add to this class, as several decisions still have to be made. With that being said, there is no denying that the program was able to get things done in June and set themselves up nicely for the future in the process.
