Work Advice: His bosses loved his work — until they didn't
Reader: I'm writing on behalf of my husband, who's currently on hour 13 of another 15-hour workday.
He was hired about two and a half years ago to manage a huge project at a medium-sized global company. He delivered the project successfully, on time and on budget. About a week later, he had his annual review with his boss, which was sterling — he was recognized as a hard worker, collaborative and smart, who delivered results. He received a small raise and a generous bonus.
