EXCLUSIVE Amanda Holden makes jaw-dropping comment about nemesis Sharon Osbourne's 'Ozempic face' as she reignites THAT feud and says: 'I'd choose my face over my waistline'
has reignited her long-standing feud with Sharon Osbourne by making a jaw-dropping comment about her 'Ozempic face.' The TV and radio presenter, 54, told me 'she would always choose her face over her waistline' as she opened up about weight loss jabs. Former X Factor judge Sharon, 72, has been open about how the weight loss drug had an adverse effect on her appearance after she lost four stone in three months. While sitting down for a chat with me in London hotel Claridge's, Amanda, who famously fell out with Sharon in a disagreement over Simon Cowell giggled, 'I would choose my face over my waist any day'. 'Obviously, yeah, with Sharon....', she paused... 'It is a crazy time for those sort of jabs and things'. Former X Factor judge Sharon, 72, has been open about how the weight loss drug had an adverse effect on her appearance after she lost four stone in three months, (pictured in June) 'But I will always choose my a*** over my weight and my boobs. This is where the weight goes', she laughed while pointing to both areas. 'When I put on weight, my husband loves the summer holidays because I eat my body weight in cheese when we go to Greece and it goes to my boobs, bum. And he's like, "yes".' She added: 'We've seen some huge differences [with celebrities appearances] at some of the red carpets in Hollywood. 'I think it's been very helpful for lots of people, I'm obviously not an advocate of somebody using it if they don't need to, just because we don't know what the implications are yet, but I think if people have used it for health reasons and for the right reasons, then it's great.' Amanda was in high spirits when I arrived at Claridge's to talk to her about her role as brand ambassador for Revive Collagen. When I arrived, a concierge showed me to the star's private suite and politely asked me to wait outside while she finished up another chat. Minutes later, Amanda came running down the 5-star hotel corridor, where she reassured me 'I'm filming a TikTok video, not running away', before introducing herself and giving me a hug. I was swiftly handed a Diet Coke and sat down across from the BBC star in the Revive Collagen branded room. Amanda joked that those on the weight loss jabs probably 'all have fitness videos coming out' before recommending the collagen product for those age 25 and over, as way of looking youthful. She added: 'Revive helps hair, skin and nails, and with rapid weight loss creates hair loss immediately. Your hair if you're not getting the right minerals and it can shock your body out of the right minerals because your body gives your hair what it needs.' It should come as little surprise that Amanda is no friend of Sharon's. Their fiery feud first started when the blonde beauty defended friend of 20 years Simon when former X Factor judge Sharon spoke about him on Celebrity Big Brother last year. Amanda defended the music mogul by calling Sharon and Louis Walsh, 71, 'bitter and pathetic' after they tore into him on the ITV show. And Sharon branded Amanda an 'ill-informed sycophantic.' In an acid-tongue letter posted on X, Sharon blasted Amanda after she said Simon had 'given them a lot of money and a lifestyle they probably wouldn't have had'. Taking a defiant stance against Sharon's statement, Amanda said last year that she stands by what she said, while acknowledging the X Factor judge's 'incredible' career. A spokesperson for the actress told MailOnline at the time: 'Amanda is aware of Sharon's incredible career but, just like her, Amanda will always defend those close to her.' Amanda had told the Daily Mail's Weekend Magazine: 'I hated seeing certain people in a reality show dissing Simon - he's the person who's given them all the chances, given them a lot of money and a lifestyle they probably wouldn't have had. 'It's bitter and pathetic. It was like Cinderella with her two sisters in the background - just stabby, stabby, stabby.' 12 hours later, Sharon took to Twitter to issue the presenter with a full statement and accused her of being an 'ill informed sycophantic'. Sharon's post began: 'Amanda, I am responding to your interview with the Daily Mail on April 12th, I respect the fact that you feel the need to defend your good friend and employer, Simon Cowell, who is also your husband's employer, or so I've read. 'However, a couple of your statements regarding myself are factually incorrect.' Sharon went on to list her incredible repertoire of achievements, as she savagely pointed out: 'Amanda, I think you're missing the point here, no disrespect to Simon Cowell, but he NEEDED ME for musical credibility on X Factor and I delivered for him and together all of us made a great team.' Sharon insisted: 'The truth is, you don't know me, Amanda or any of my close friends. You know nothing about my family history in the music industry, my achievements, the artists I have worked with, the shows that I've produced and my global celebrity. 'Unlike you, the brand of Sharon Osbourne is known worldwide. There are many countries that I could work in if I choose to, however, I don't have the ambition or time to do so.' Sharon went on to flaunt her wealth and luxurious lifestyle as she quipped: 'Our worlds are totally different. I have been blessed with an amazing lifestyle throughout my entire life. 'Before you were born, I was living in a mansion in Beverly Hills and continue to do so today and continue to have my country estate in England as well. 'But there is something you should know. I never discuss money, lifestyle or positions of power. I find it to be classless and crude. 'However you've now forced my hand to divulge these things to you and I honestly don't want to seem like I'm bragging, but the truth is my money and success were not due to doing a couple of Simon Cowell talent shows. 'Don't get me wrong I enjoyed doing them at the time as they were great fun. Yes, Simon paid me very well. Probably more than what you're receiving today, but all of that my darling went on a few handbags.' Listing her career accolades, Sharon continued: 'At the time that I worked on X Factor, I was the only judge who had global accomplishments with multiple million-selling artists, Grammy Award winner and arena and stadium headliners. 'I was also a very successful festival producer with Ozfest which ran for 24 years, as well as a best-selling author and producer of the hit show 'The Osbournes' for which I received an Emmy Award. 'Amanda, I think you're missing the point here, no disrespect to Simon Cowell, but he NEEDED ME for musical credibility on X Factor and I delivered for him and together all of us made a great team.' Not afraid to speak her mind and spill behind the scenes secrets about the showbiz industry, Sharon and Louis didn't hold back during their time on Celebrity Big Brother last year. During an episode, Sharon said she was 'furious' with Simon because she claimed he didn't renew her contract when she expected he would which meant she lost out on another major TV gig. Meanwhile, Louis revealed he no longer spoke to his former partner in crime despite once sharing the most talked about bromance in Britain. Speaking about the interaction, Amanda told the Daily Mail: 'I thought, "Oh my God, it's like watching a pantomime." I just think they look so nasty and awful. 'There was a friendship there and an opportunity. So however the business ends, you should have respect for the opportunity that was given to you and the pay cheque that was given to you. Just be gracious. There was none of that and I can't bear it.' Snapping back, Sharon explained that none of her success was down to Simon and instead due to her own work and that of her husbands. She continued: 'It was only after several seasons of X Factor that Simon started to build his music empire and I give him much kudos for what he built. When I met my husband I was already very well established in the music industry. 'Having worked with bands like Electric Light Orchestra, Motorhead, Smashing Pumpkins, Gary Moore, The Move , Roy Woods, Wizzard, Linsey de Paul, Breitt Ekland and Black Sabbath to name a few. Sharon took to Twitter to issue the presenter with a full statement and accused her of being an 'ill informed sycophantic' 'I think you must have forgotten my husband is a music icon who has sold 170million albums, won multiple Grammy Awards, and is a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee. 'We have been together for 44 years and he has spoiled me from the first day we met, he has given me more than any man could, all of this before I ever knew who Simon Cowell was.' Signing off, Sharon concluded: 'In closing I must say whenever I have seen you on TV I always thought you were very beautiful and talented. However, never make comments about my lifestyle given to me by Simon Cowell. 'It's demeaning to me and my husband and all the achievements I have made in my life as you're making yourself look like an ill informed sycophantic. 'Sincerely, Sharon Osbourne'.

Trace Cyrus Attacks 'Pathetic' Billy Ray Cyrus Online: 'So Hungry For Fame'
has unleashed a furious attack on his father, , calling him "evil" and "pathetic" in a blistering Instagram post on Tuesday. The 36-year-old music artist didn't hold back, accusing the "Achy Breaky Heart" singer of being "hungry for fame" and of prioritizing his own public image over family. Trace Cyrus specifically criticized his father for not attending the funeral of his grandmother, despite recently traveling to Italy with girlfriend The post comes five months after Trace had pleaded for Billy Ray to seek help following what he called a "trainwreck" performance at Trump's inauguration in January. 'This man is so hungry for fame it's pathetic,' Trace began in his latest post, clearly frustrated by his father's recent actions. He later recounted how his father flew to Italy for a fashion show, but couldn't make the trip to Los Angeles for the funeral of Trace's maternal grandmother, who had passed away. 'He really flew to Italy for a fashion show but wouldn't come to LA for Mammie's funeral while he was still married to my mom,' Trace wrote, referring to his mother, . 'Even after his daughter got him a 60k private jet like he demanded, he still didn't come, even after the plane was paid for.' Trace's anger didn't stop there. He continued to call his father 'the lamest man to ever walk planet earth,' expressing deep embarrassment for ever having considered him a role model. 'The best thing to come from your downfall is it made me go into beast mode. I refuse to be a washed-up, delusional, evil person when I'm old like you. Christ is King. Get right with God. You need it,' Trace concluded. In a follow-up, Trace continued to criticize his father's appearance, writing, 'Also why does he think that homeless hairstyle looks good? So weird.' Though the comments on the Instagram post were seemingly disabled, Trace shared a screenshot on his Instagram Stories of a follower's comment before it was removed. The follower wrote, 'Seems like a cry for help from a son that desperately needs attention from his father. Bullying him isn't the answer btw.' Trace, however, shot back, explaining that he had "surpassed" his father in many ways and had no desire to ever speak to him again. 'I'm past the point of even caring if I ever speak to him again,' Trace said. 'I've surpassed him in every metric as a man on this planet. There's nothing left to learn from him except from his mistakes. I had hope at one point, but I'm convinced he's finally a lost cause.' Towards the end of his response, Trace made it clear that he planned to continue thriving and, as the oldest son in the family, to carry on the Cyrus legacy. 'The Cyrus last name will continue through me and my many children I plan to have,' he wrote. 'I will raise them the right way and be a part of their life no matter what the circumstances are.' Billy Ray Cyrus has had a tumultuous relationship with his children, having been married three times and fathered six kids. Trace is one of Billy's children from his marriage to Tish Cyrus, who also gave birth to Miley, Noah, and Braison. Billy is also the father of Brandi and Trace from his marriage to Tish, and Christopher from his previous relationship with Kristen Luckey. The father-son relationship between Billy Ray and Trace has been strained for some time, especially after Billy's controversial performance at the Liberty Ball during Trump's inauguration in January. Billy Ray's performance, plagued by technical issues, was heavily criticized, prompting Trace to urge his father to get help. 'Pappy is looking down on you with such disappointment,' Trace claimed in a January Instagram Stories. 'You should be ashamed of yourself. I will always love you, but I no longer respect you as a man. Everyone close to you is terrified to tell you how they really feel. I'm not. Get help.' It's clear that the rift between Billy Ray and Trace continues to grow, with Trace now making it clear that he's done trying to repair the relationship, focusing instead on his own growth and future.

‘They're perfect – until they aren't': why are people so interested in the Beckxit beef?
If the biggest feud of the week belongs to Donald Trump and Elon Musk, then the longest running is arguably 'Beckxit'. The name given to the fallout between one of the most famous couples in the world – David and Victoria Beckham – and their less famous eldest son, Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Anne Peltz, was coined by the Daily Mail this year. But it covers a broader conflict that began in 2022, when Peltz wore Valentino instead of Victoria Beckham to her wedding, and brings us to this week's lavish cover-shoot for German Glamour magazine in which the Beckhams junior discuss their 'occasionally messy, very real love' and whether they might open a restaurant – without a word about her in-laws. Such are the vagaries of celebrity beef, no one really knows what happened in between. But things had clearly ratcheted up when photos of David's 50th birthday party last month appeared online – with no sign of Brooklyn. Further details involving Romeo Beckham's now-ex-girlfriend, various tattoos and a failure to attend one of Victoria's fashion shows began bubbling up, and soon Beckxit had become a reality. Since then every appearance and Instagram post has been picked over by media outlets and armchair journalists alike. Within hours of the Glamour shoot appearing online, the Daily Mail were speculating in one of their 52 stories (and counting) over whether the interview was proof that the feud was far from over. The timing of the Glamour piece was terrible or brilliant, 'depending on whose publicist you were', says PR agent Mark Borkowski, who helped revive Noel Edmonds' career. But however you look at it, it is 'absolutely a war of spin', he says, of the shoot. 'It's what I call a visual soundbite. These images often don't always have the meaning we imbue them with,' he says. 'But we still feed off of it because we are all culprits driven by twitching.' Dr Kadian Pow, a lecturer in sociology at Birmingham City University, agrees. 'The PR moves have to be connected,' she says. 'It's another power play between the two parties.' From the Times of India to Jordanian paper Amman, coverage of this three-year family 'feud' has been extraordinary – especially considering we'll probably never know the truth, nor do we really care. So why are people compelled to read on? 'It's about titillation, and it's about power [and] the Beckhams', says Pow, 'But more widely, these tales are an escape from the doom and political reality [of the news cycle]' says Pow. 'We are fascinated because they are supposed to be richer and better than us – so when we see a flaw that mirrors us ordinary folk and our everyday fallouts, it makes us feel better about ourselves' In The Stars in our Eyes, Julie Klam's 2017 book exploring our fascination with celebrities, celebrity-watching is compared to a fun-house mirror, as if celebrities are constructed to keep ourselves in check. 'If we can get a handle on our relationship to celebrity', Klam writes, 'we can better understand ourselves.' Celebrities are perfect, she says, until they aren't. Sign up to Fashion Statement Style, with substance: what's really trending this week, a roundup of the best fashion journalism and your wardrobe dilemmas solved after newsletter promotion Gossip is not without its victims though, warns Mark Stephens, a media lawyer at Howard Kennedy, citing the media's part in the divorce between Paula Yates and Bob Geldof. Just as newspapers have dedicated Beckham correspondents, there is an entire Tiktok cottage industry of amateur sleuthing which capitalises on other people's difficulties for clicks and profit. Most of this is unregulated of course. 'And there are libel laws that bring to bear [legal action], but the harm is usually done by that point', says Stephens. Still, fights and breakups are life's great equaliser and occasionally, says Pow, when the stars are as big as the Beckhams, these feuds can be 'a shared experience, which is particularly salient in what has become an increasingly siloed society', she says. 'There isn't a lot of monoculture left, but these big juicy stories allow us to whisper together.' Indeed, celebrity feuds have been entertaining us for centuries. In medieval Italy, the satirist Pietro Aretino was supposedly employed by the French king to write propaganda about the Spanish king, while being paid by the Spanish king to write propaganda about the French king. It was a weaponising of gossip on a par with 2019's Wagatha Christie, in which the machinations of back-stabbing celebrity wives turned Instagram into a global whodunnit. These public disagreements don't just sit within the divorce courts and red tops, but on social media. 'The 2014 elevator beef between Jay Z and Solange was a pivotal moment and how these moments are shared' says Pow, of the leaked CCTV footage of Beyonce's sister hitting the rapper over a supposed infidelity. Sometimes these fights feel curated – and often are. At present, some gossip sites are suggesting the feud has been confected to drum up publicity for Victoria's forthcoming Netflix documentary this October. One reason for the intense Beckxit media interest is that it involves two nepo babies (Peltz is also a billionaire heiress). 'These children are looking to monetise their lives, yet are in economic competition not just with their peer-group, but also their parents,' says Stephens. This is particularly uncomfortable for the Beckham 'brand' which is built on family. Victoria and David came of age 'in full tabloid glare', says Stephens. '[But with the offspring] it's harder – what you have is a case of children growing and boundary finding, except in the public eye.' 'I do think people believe that the kids of celebrities are fair game' says Klam. 'But I do not. Nepo babies have it worse than normal people because everyone thinks they've had everything handed to them.' Still, she says, 'now that Brooklyn is choosing to be in the spotlight, well, he is fair game. It's not like he decided to be a shepherd or something.'
